I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Authentics. After I contacted them about my order and ultimately disputed the charge with my bank due to my concerns, the owner responded with a series of racist and abusive emails instead of addressing the issue professionally.
In the emails, I was told that Black people have "very low IQ," that "the world is just tired of black people," and that "Black fatigue is real." I was also blamed for "making us more racist than before."
Regardless of any disagreement over an order, there is no excuse for responding to a customer with racist insults and hate-filled language. Businesses should treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. If I could minus stars I would have. 1 star is too good for them.

Item shipped in timely manner. Quality and looks are fantastic. It was difficult to find what I was looking for and they truly came through in Quality, customer service, and looks. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a custom Jersey, the owner was exceptional with his communication, jersey came in with in the timeline he quoted me and it turned out fantastic, I would recommend using this company.

I called Classic Authentics to inquire about the turnaround time. I spoke to Anthony who was very helpful. He assured me I would get the two jerseys in 3 days which I needed for an autograph signing. After being concerned initially that I didn’t have enough time. My jerseys arrived that morning and they are absolutely pristine! I couldn’t be happier with the product and the customer service.

I recently contacted customer service and was very impressed with the experience. The representative was polite, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and resolved the issue much faster than I expected.

What stood out most was their professionalism and willingness to help without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to receive service from a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Overall, I had a positive experience and would gladly recommend this company based on the excellent support I received.

Stay away. Anthony Argo... someone who works there? Absolutely crazy and so incredibly unprofessional. Asked for an eta on the jersey I ordered and was met with a sarcastic rude response. Based on the absolute unhinged response from him after... I asked to just completely cancel my order. He then proceeded to send multiple emails back to back freaking out and going psycho. I reported him to my bank and ALLL the sudden my package is magically about to ship. He told me it would take 6 weeks. Haha STAY AWAY from this company. What a joke.

I've order 3 jerseys from Classic Authentics and I've received them at a reasonable time frame and they look amazing.

If I could give them 0 I would hahaha Honestly this is probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen. I requested a cancellation of my order 4 hrs after, because I noticed he was selling fake jerseys. I emailed this guy and after I said “ I don’t want your fake jerseys.” He proceeded to call my phone and cuss me out hahahaha he seems like a joy to be around. Makes me wonder how this business is still around. STAY AWAY!

The customer service is GREAT!!! They got back to me very fast and answered all of my questions. My jersey is awesome!! I love it, it’s of the highest quality and the price was great. I will definitely order from here again.

Classic Authentics makes great jerseys!
I have a Wild Thing Indians jersey, Happy Gilmore Bruins jersey and a Clark Griswold Blackhawks jersey. They all look real, feel great and were reasonably priced.

One time I needed to make an exchange and employee Anthony Argo helped me through the entire process. He was helpful, professional and even responded to my Email questions in a timely manner.

Between the exceptional quality of the jerseys and the phenomenal customer service I highly recommend shopping with Classic Authentics.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This is the most unprofessional “ business” I’ve ever dealt with this Anthony Argo is claiming that the bad reviews are from another China based facility, but they’re not it’s this classic authentic website when I was just inquiring about my order I was cussed at and then was sent an empty bag!!! ANTHONY ARGO IS A SCAMMER BEWARE AND ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MORE THAN LIKELY FROM HIM OR PEOPLE HE KNOWS!!!!

Bought a football jersey and had to exchange it for a smaller size. No problem with the exchange, just that it cost me an additional $15 to return the original jersey. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the jersey: Oakland Raiders George Blanda #16 in white w/silver lettering.

Hand-sewn jersey created in the US delivered about 6 weeks from order date. The jersey is high quality and the fit is good. Really awesome jersey and super fast response on questions.

Ordered hat the middle of December 2025. Credit card was charged.
Hat never arrived nor any email explaining it was back ordered. Contacted Feb 3 2026 that hat was no longer available but others were. Asked for the hat free of charge due to lack of communication and customer service. The least they could say was “no” which I was prepared for. But what I was not prepared for was being cussed at and called names. Then a voicemail continuing to use profanity and name calling. And then aggressive emails still calling me names. I stayed calm and responded appropriately. I have never in my entire life received such an unprofessional, aggressive, profanity based business communication. Be cautious when dealing with this company.

Bought a classic Pats jersey from here and its beautiful, high quality, and fits true to size. Now Im hoping its my good luck charm for the Super Bowl!

WARNING TO BUYERS: I am submitting this complaint regarding an unfulfilled order from Classic Authentics placed in December 2025 for a jersey I ordered for my nephew for Christmas. The item has not been received to date. Today is January 20th. Instead, my nephew received a package containing no merchandise—only clear plastic bags and a handwritten note requesting a call to Anthony Argo.
When my nephew's mother contacted Anthony Argo by phone, the interaction was unprofessional and verbally hostile. No resolution, replacement, or refund was offered, and the order remains unfulfilled. He threatened me to tell me if I opened a dispute, that my nephew would receive nothing.
Based on these events and the verbal hostility from Anthony Argo , I disputed the charge and am filing this complaint to document the failure to deliver goods and the inappropriate response when contacted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They lie about when you will get your order then when you ask for details regarding your order, they will just cancel and say they will refund your order. They will also give you attitude if you ask for updates. I’m still waiting on my refund but they are DEFINITELY SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!!
