The shaving soaps I have purchased are excellent. I also really like the travel kit I bought with the exception of the razor which does not provide a very close shave.

The title says it all

I had placed an order for shave brush cleaning powder as well as a new safety razor handle. When my order arrived the cleaning powder was in the package but not blade handle. I had thought that I sent a message via the website to let them know of the issue and had not heard back from them. Today I called and as it turns out my message did not make it through and the customer service person apologized for the error and made things right by shipping out a handle. I base a large portion of where and whom I purchase from on customer service when there is an issue and ClassicShaving.com scores a 10 out of 10 with me. I will definitely buy from them again!

Selection is good. Descriptions are accurate. Checkout was easy. Shipping was fast. Everything arrived in good shape and exactly as described.

Easy shopping process, reasonable shipping. I got the 3" strop with linen and leather by mountain mike which arrived in a few days. My one complaint would be that I would have preferred that it shipped flat instead of folded in two places. A quality strop should be kept flat or at least rolled so the leather doesn't crease. With use it should smooth out but there is a noticeable crease. It is a quality product but don't buy it if your new to stropping. You will be sad if you nick this beautiful piece of craftsmanship. It does a nice job on my Fromm razor; maintains a truly clean, sharp shaving edge.

I recently purchased several items including a badger hair shaving brush to replace a horse hair brush I had given away. I decided that I liked the horse hair better and reordered a horse hair brush with assistance from the service dept folks. As I was not up to speed on the metric measurement, the brush was smaller than I would prefer and asked if I could exchange it for a larger version. Again with their help, I was able to do so. I appreciate their help and accommodation. They were very nice about it.

I really enjoy shopping at Classic Shaving. The products are exceptional and the service from ordering to shipping is super. The prices and selection of products are unbeatable.

I have made several purchases with Classic Shaving and all have been seamless. I recently purchased a razor that wasn't listed on the website so I sent an email to see when that model would be in stock. I found out there were some that had just come in and was and was able to make a phone call and place my order.

Great folks to work with.

Razor has a nice weight and gives a close shave, I like it.
