To be honest, at the beginning, we are a new team, and only two colleagues are handling customer service. However, due to our network quality and cost-effectiveness, we have accumulated over ten thousand customers in just two months since going live, which results in a very significant volume of tickets.

But now, we have more colleagues to support customer tickets, and We are currently optimizing our customer service processes and enhancing system efficiency to ensure that we can provide faster service.
