Great shipping, great customer service, great communication, and great support after the fact. Very happy so far!

Very disappointing experience with this company.

Spent $800 to get a useless product that is completely unusable.

First of all, they sent the clawbox as a package that wasn’t even inside a box. I was surprised to see it arrive only inside a small, delicate, carton container that slides into a sleeve and that’s it! They literally placed the shipping label on that sleeve. And that sleeve itself isn’t even taped or anything. No seal, nothing. So basically, the courier or anyone during in between the shipping from the company to my home could’ve removed that sleeve and opened and tampered with the product inside.

Once the sleeve is removed, the small carton container lifts up (one on the left where the plug and adapters are stored and another on the right where the actual clawbox is along with stickers), there’s a clear tape that holds those two openings. It’s not even a seal or clawbox branded tape, but it’s just a tape anyone random could’ve used after they tampered with the clawbox before arriving /being delivered. How do we know someone tampered with it and hacked into it and now it’s a crypto miner or something? We don’t.

Secondly, another surprise is that they sent a 3-prong connector plug with it when it was bought from and delivered to the USA which uses a 2-prong plug on our outlets. There was no option to choose which plug or anything during the purchase process from their website, clawbox.com. Also, on their website, the crab master chatbot says that each clawbox order should come with a USB C plug adapter and that it shouldn’t be a 3-prong plug connector with a power bank similar to those old laptops use.

Thirdly, looked around my house and luckily found a universal travel adapter. So I plugged it in and tried to follow the setup process mentioned on their website step by step. And even after everything was followed, turn off/disable VPN, antivirus, adblockers, disconnecting Ethernet cables, using different methods of IP’s, SSH, terminals, etc mentioned on their support page, and none of it works.

I even reached out to their crab master chatbot to help troubleshoot and nothing works even after several attempts including resetting my router/modem, computers/phones/iPads and even the clawbox itself many times. Master cab says their team didn’t flash the device properly and that I received a defective product from their team. Even their chatbot gave up even when I kept asking how about we try this or that. Their chatbot just said it’ll inform the clawbox idrobots team about it.

And lastly, I sent emails to their support and haven’t heard anything back at all. Master crab chatbot said that I’ll be hearing back in a few hours, well nope. Still haven’t heard anything back.

The Clawbox itself also looks and feels like it’s a cheap, 3D-printed, outer shell material. The Nvidia hardware cost them about $200 to make and the rest is for the idrobots Clawbox company setting the OS up for us customers. But I paid $800 for an unusable product!

30 day money back guarantee is what I’m told and we’ll see if they even respond at all.

I asked their master crab chatbot to have a replacement sent over but if they don’t even respond and send a replacement ,then it should be a full refund instead.

Right now still waiting to hear back before the 30 days expires before I start reporting them to the banks and legal entities.

I'm an artist. I draw cities live on the street with ink and a fountain pen, and I sell the prints and originals through my own shop. The business side of that — orders, the mailing list, invoices, the shop's theme, ad tracking — used to take my evenings. Now I say what I want and it gets done.

That's the part I didn't expect. It doesn't answer a question and hand the work back to me. The honest part: this is young hardware with young software in a rapidly changing environment. Support can be slow, and I've had open items running for weeks, that’s why I gave them 4 stars. But It’s all fixed now thanks to the team and I want to support their professional DIY spirit, so I decided to give them full support in return and pledge for 5 STARS. Guys, this is the future, and you can vibe code your own place in it with the Box.

It‘s not a 100% plug-and-play appliance , but the easiest way to start with Agentic Work. I didn’t know anything about AI and never used a terminal before starting. And a couple moments later, using the ClawBox Ai, I simply built an interface to connect my projects with Claude/ ChatGptCodex because I happen to have subscriptions there too.

If you want an assistant that actually does the work instead of telling you what to do, this is the closest thing I've found without needing to having an agent permanently run and risk your main-computer.

I ordered two boxes, they came really quick in matter of days. Machines are superb quality! It took a bit of tinkering to figure it out, but once you are in - you can do wonders! Great support and quality software as well! Thank you!

Getting the Claw Box set up was a total breeze—I was up and running in under 5 minutes. What really sets them apart, though, is the support. Having direct access to their team via Discord is a game-changer. Karchev was super helpful, answering every question I had and making sure everything was configured perfectly. Highly recommend!

Clawbox is not worth the hassle. Setup is not as easy as they make it sound, and that was the only selling point. Just get yourself some real hardware for the same price. You will spend the same amount of time doing setup either way. And because Clawbox are in Bulgaria, there is no way of getting your money back if you are not satisfied, regardless of what they tell you. I sent mine back afyer paying a hefty shipping fee, and never heard back from Clawbox. Not worth the risk in my opinion when you could deal with an actual company like Apple that will stand by their products.

Difficult setup, but customer support eventually made things right.

I purchased the Clawbox expecting an effortless plug-and-play setup, but getting it running required significantly more troubleshooting than advertised.

I ultimately decided to return the unit. The return process hit a snag—after paying international shipping back to Bulgaria, there was a multi-month delay with little communication regarding my refund. However, after following up, the support team stepped in, and the refund has now been issued in full.

It required more patience and follow-up than it should have, but I appreciate that the company stood by their return policy in the end.
