I was blocked for buying their gift cards from points and turning them back into their tokens to play more. Let that sink in.

ClawCrazy is a legitimate app and website. I have personally spent hundreds of dollars on token packages, and my experience has consistently been positive.

Prizes ship free as long as you have made a purchase within the last two weeks, and every order I have received has been accurate. The app also includes a dispute feature in case there are any issues, such as a machine crashing or a prize not registering correctly as a win. In my experience, these disputes are typically resolved within 24 hours.

I have contacted support on several occasions when minor issues occurred, and every time the resolution has been fair—often more than fair. The team has always made things right.

Another feature I appreciate is that all gameplay is recorded, which allows both the player and support team to review any disputed plays. This level of transparency adds a lot of trust to the platform.

Overall, I really enjoy using this app and have full confidence in the owner and employees responsible for running the site.

Just awful now. The prizes are terrible and will cost a lot to get. That's not the worst part though a few months back they changed the challenges to where it's not really playable unless you pay. The shipping used to be one and done. Now you have to pay once every 2 weeks to get prizes shipped.

I will never play this app again prizes are cheap and cost you an arm and a leg to win. The app is not skill based like advertised. Each machine has a payout or is a ball drop game. Some prizes cost $5 to play. On top of that I tried to get support in the discord and Trevor blocked me with no explanation as to why. Then banned my account and stole nearly 10k tickets on his so called “app” I have been a loyal user since the founding of claw crazy and safe to say I am not sure what this new claw crazy is. Everything worked great up until October of 2025. And most games are either buggy or don’t work at all.

Won a bunch of prizes and it’s nice that it's free to try... very addicting though! I mostly go for tickets to redeem into Amazon gift cards, but have scored some nice prizes such as Pokémon cards

They are a US based company so shipping takes a long time for me as I am in Europe. It took around 2 months total.

I like the prizes because they are items that are not sold near me.

They have a lot of events that last more than an hour and usually start late at night, so I miss them a lot.

Support is good but I feel like I've had to contact them more than any other online crane game.

I’ve been totally hooked on Claw Crazy for the past few weeks—it’s surprisingly smooth to play, the prizes are adorable, and it’s a blast compared to other online claw games out there. I’ve already snagged a couple of plushies and a gift card—can’t wait to see what I win next!

Customer service finally responded via email yesterday about the prize sniping incident in my previous review. For context, I was playing a penguin claw machine and was going to buy tokens by clicking on the "buy tokens" popup because my next play was going to be a winner. Suddenly, someone sniped the play and stole my chance, the site didn't hold the game while I got tokens like the pop-up implies it would.

No penguin unfortunately, but I got 500 tokens as compensation (around $25 worth going by the website). I added some credit so I could ship stuff out and won an officially licensed Poppy Playtime plush, a bag of exotic snacks (that got stuck on the claw but after dispute was awarded to me) and 2 small prizes.

One thing, though. ChatGPT for customer responses. Really? The business response to my last message was obviously AI generated, they "want to earn back that last star" on a 3 star review. Despite this I still like Claw Crazy and am understanding that a smaller operation like this may be slower to respond to messages. Please don't let my bad experiences dissuade you from giving them a try, though. This is still a good site with reliable shipping.

I played Claw Crazy games for about a year, while the games were fun for the most part I have not received any prizes (with 5 separate shipments now) and they have stopped responding to me. This seems to be a common problem with shipping to other countries so until this is sorted I would not recommend them.

Won a price 11 weeks ago and it’s still processing. Scam.

Claws nonfunctional and violently throwing prizes after you leave beginner status and everything goes up 50% in coin cost, one prize dropped 11 separate times right next to the chute and then threw itself upside down all the way across the machine, you are lured in by small easy prizes to be raked thoroughly over the coals afterwards.(Edit):I was recently sent a lovely gift in the mail to ammend this review of two tiny plushes.I do not plan to change what I said but I feel if I add 4 stars they will be happy with the results and be at less of a loss as a result of the direct impact I made

I've been on Clawcrazy for nearly a year now and I have such mixed opinions on them. They have changed quite a bit over that year. When I started back in July, they had frequent events and hour long events like "Double tickets", "Win on this machine and also get X" and Special machines that would only be up for an hour or two. That has since gone and they have gotten kind of bland since then.

+ Pros +
+They rotate what you can win on most machines on a weekly basis.

+Some machines can be won with skill.

+You get free daily tokens (but basically enough for 1-2 plays).

+ They have a reward system, that gives you more tokens for doing machines (But basically enough for a few more plays depending on how many challenges you do and what the token cost of the challenge was)

+You can dispute attempts you made on the website (not app though) if something went wrong during the attempt, like a coil getting wrapped around the claw or a frozen camera. They often give a full refund, but not always and leave no way to further dispute this without opening a discord ticket.

- Cons -
- They don't look to be around 24hrs, so for me In Ireland, (They are an American Company) some machines are left empty or just in need of a restocking for a long time.

-The prize pool is pretty small, and most of the time anything worthwhile is on a machine that's just a crazy money sink.

- They don't cover customs fee's for items you win and get shipped and no where I see on the website discloses this.

- Shipping takes a long time. I think they have to reach a certain weight before they can ship things, but it has taken as long as 3 weeks to get things posted and then it has taken 2-3 months to get my items. Both my friend and brother also play, They have yet to receive anything and have waited longer on shipping than me.

- Shipping info is terrible. The shipper they use, Asendia provides no information at all. On all of my packages ever, The only update they have supplied is that the shipping info was received.

- Contacting support is a mess. My most recent experience with support is insane. I opened a ticket in mid February and I kid you not, only got like 1-3 sentence replies every 2 weeks. This ticket is still open today, as of April 15th. I have tried emailing them in the past and got no response, When they prompted me to email them I did get a response, but I feel it was only because they we're expecting it. I also don't like handling issues that have my real name and address over Discord, but that is the most reliable way to get a response.

-Not every machine feels even remotely fair. One of the worst in my opinion is Super Bingo. They have 2 jackpots, the normal and super jackpot. If you ever win a jackpot, you get kicked from the machine and someone else in the queue gets to start making attempts for the super jackpot. This seems crazy unfair to me, since you could have put in a lot of time and money to try for the super jackpot. You aren't giving up. They make you settle for a smaller prize and boot you to the back of the line.

-Sometimes I have been kicked out a machine for no reason, leaving the work I've put in for a prize gone.

-More of a peeve than anything, but if you wait in queue and suddenly find yourself playing after the person ahead of you quit, you spend the tokens for that immediately rather than getting a choice to quit. You can also only play on one machine at once.

-This has happened to me a few times, but staff restocking mid play and ruining set up. There is many machines this is a problem for. Especially the kind where the more you play the more likely you are to win. Rainbowl is a great example of this. The more tries you make the more full the bowl gets making the next ball more likely to land into the hole and win you a prize. I have had restockers take balls out of bowls like that undoing 10+ plays. The times I have disputed it I have gotten maybe 2 or 3 plays worth of tokens back. This is incredibly unfair to me.

While I don't think Clawcrazy has malicious intent, there is many occasions now that have left a bad impression on me. I want to keep playing, but there is a lot of frustration and headaches now.

RESOLVED: The issue with the VAT fee was resolved. I reached out to the ClawCrazy team and they helped me and sent a refund.

I had downloaded this app after I found it on the App Store.

I created an account and won 4 prizes with my free coins. However, I couldn't withdraw these yet. Then I waited a few days and then I bought coins. Before that I had 286 coins (free bonus). When I was going to buy the coins, card payment didn't work. Then I had to create a PayPal account.

Anyway, then I bought 100 coins for 5 dollars. I used two bonus codes (WELCOME100 & WINNER) and then I had 586 coins. But all the new machines were just machines with the luckiest, like no regular machines.

At the beginning I won a mystery Asian candy box, but after that my luck ran out. I didn't win anything else after that.

After all of that I wasn't very happy but not unhappy. I had won good prizes. Then I shipped the prizes. They are now on their way to me.

Something that confuses me is that many prizes are not available for me to win. I see that others win on YouTube for example but I can't win them.

I will update the review with more info about, for example, import fees (I live in Sweden, an EU country) and how the whole experience was.

UPDATE:
When my package arrived in Sweden, I had to pay 111 SEK (about 11 dollars) in import fees. Then it was delivered to me. Most of the candy was good, but some things were more “snacks” than candy. Worth it? No. Fun to try? Yes!

Love the idea of being able to play arcade games and claw machines anywhere at anytime no matter what, that will always be amazing to me and the fact you can also win stuff just adds to the fun

I love the ticket games. I love all the different types of games and the free tokens.
