My order went missing — the shipping label was generated from my billing address instead of my delivery address, and the parcel ended up 500 km from where it should have. What made the difference was the response. I emailed once, got a reply the same day with a full apology and an immediate refund, no argument and no hoops. They also went and looked into what caused it rather than just closing the ticket.

When I asked whether they could reship, they were straight with me: the sets I'd ordered were their last in that size and the material was out of production. I'd much rather have that than a vague promise.

Lovely products, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to order again. Will do.
