Poor customer service. Clays failed to deliver the food on the agreed date. This is the second time. There was no communication from Clay about any delays. You can only contact them by email. Ther are no phone numbers on their site. The food is a perishable item, and they do not seem to care that I would recieve food not fit for consumption. Clays does not seem to care about the delay and I wouldnt be surprised if this was a regular occurence. Very disappointing that they do not care about delivering the food on time as promised.

I went to the restauraunt with some faimly and friends after hearing great things about the restaurant.

I/We have visited Clays Kitchen a number of times at their old location and this week went to eat their new location in Caversham. I had some doubt when they moved from the old small location to a much larger restaurant, my doubts proved to totally unfounded and the service and food were as before simply every mouthful a great pleasure and as before the customer is made to feel part of the family. Truly a pleasure to dine there and a restaurant that deserves a Michelin Star.
