Will never buy from this company again
I have always bought from this company as of being responsible in price and quick to deliver. But the last time was just a joke and their customers is zero. Yes I know it wasn't entirely their fault but you are still responsible for how it gets delivered. The delivery company has always been okay until now. Somehow got some new staff who can't be bothered to do their job. The delivery driver damaged one of my boxes. He openly emitted to this and just shrug is shoulders and off he went. Leaving me to deal with this company I have been using for years. Not knowing how hard it would be to get any response back and my money back. It the end they're finally said that the delivery company never told us they'd damage the box so thought I was lying. Hello why would I lie? And they're only paid me £16.18 instead of £18.18 the VAT I paid for these two cleaning products. As they're only paid me this and not the full price I paid and their customers service is shocking, I will not be returning back to this company again and will tell other cleaning businesses the same to not buy from this company.

Cleaning Products replied after my trust pilot review apologising for the delay and understanding my frustration. Still no further forward in getting the parts. I need longer tubing for the suction and spray hoses, I thought this would be a simple fix, but this is proving very difficult.

The last communication we had with you was to say that we were waiting for some advice from our supplier on a bespoke part for your machine. Our rep was on holiday for a week so we had nothing back from him for a while.
The part you've requested is not an 'off the shelf' ready-made part and as a result may take some time to find a suitable solution for your requirements.
Update: Thank you for updating your review. We are finding a solution to your requirement of longer hoses and as mentioned a bespoke part is needed which our supplier is working on. My apologies that the issue has not been rectified as quickly as we would like.
