I was extremely disappointed with this service. It was very expensive, and despite already paying in full, I was asked to pay additional money just to have the job completed to an acceptable standard.

Overall, I found the service to be poor value for money. Since then, I have hired two cleaners at a fraction of the cost, and the difference is incredible — my home has never looked better.

I would not recommend this company.

Scam company. They damaged my property costing me significant repairs and would not answer phone calls or emails. They deserve legal action.

This is the first time I have ever left a negative review showing how bad this company is. While the service was not as expected what really pushed me to make this review is the rude emails and customer service from management.
I booked a deep clean and paid a significant amount for approx 5.5 hours cleaning. (I booked 8 hours for 2 cleaners, 1 arrived and stayed 5.5 hours resulting in me paying for 6)
While a basic clean was done things like skirting boards, behind furniture etc were not completed. The shower was ok but not sparkling as id expect from a deep clean. If I had hired a self employed cleaner at the average rate of 18e to 20e an hour I would have been okay with the clean but what was provided to me was not a deep clean.
I paid 185e and I think max that should have been paid is 100e. I would not use this company again. It is very overpriced for the clean we received.

When I complained I was offered for the cleaner to come back and fix the changes. I initially declined and requested a partial refund. They stated they would not offer this and just 2 hour free clean. When I accepted this offer, they obviously expected me not to as they revoked the 'goodwill' as they put it.

I found this company to be very unprofessional. It was the worst level of service I have ever received.
I paid for 8 hours of deep clean and I received just over 1 hour of very superficial cleaning. When I tried to contact them they denied at first and then would not communicate at all. I would not recommend cleanless to anyone.

Fast and straightforward service. Sandra was very kind and helpful. The cleaning was perfect — highly recommended. Thank you to everyone involved.

Excellent house cleaning service and lovely staff

Deep clean is just a general clean as others have said. Not worth the price at all. I was ignored when I asked for a partial refund.

I paid for a deep clean. The website says that this means the shower would be scrubbed and the skirting boards done. I would have thought this would include cleaning behind furniture etc. But that was not the case it was more like a general clean. I wouldn't book this company again.

Probably one of the worst companies.
Last time the cleaner came nearly 90mins late and was advised that it was not the companies fault but the cleaners. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as the cleaner did an amazing job and rebooked again.

Got a slot within two days of booking, the two girls who did my cleaning were fantastic! I was really delighted with the work they did in 2 and 1/4 hours. I’ll certainly be using them again.

Professional, on time, completed all tasks assigned. Would highly recommend this service.

I have been using them for over a year now. About a month ago the girl who came badly scratched my new coffee table and hide it from me. When I realised what happened I reached out to them to discuss the matter. They assured me they were looking into the issue. I haven't heard back from them for 3 weeks now, they are completely ignoring my message, not even reading them. Worst customer service ever.
I want to be refunded for the table.

UPDATE: I called them and the person hanged up on me to avoid dealing with the situation. They won't pick up my calls anymore. This business is a joke.

My 2 Cleaner's just gone, both did a great job, they never stopped for the 4 hours. House is spotless. Will definitely be using this company again &I will ask for Victoria &Mary, very nice pleasant girls &great workers.

I booked online for a deep clean of my friends house before her wedding! Romina was assigned to the job and it’s safe to say she didn’t leave an ounce of dust behind. She went above and beyond, my friend is so happy that her house is ready for the wedding. I even want to book Romina for my own house. She did an amazing job! And also such a lovely, polite girl. She needs a raise ☺️ again she did such a fantastic job!

I used this company to do a deep clean on a house that we had just moved into. The company advertises as doing deep cleans and set out everything that they do. I spoke on the phone to them also and explained what we were looking for as the house was quite dirty and smelly. We didn't have any kitchen appliances like fridge cooker etc installed so I had said these wouldn't need to be done. All our kitchen presses were empty as well as the countertops.

I paid extra for them to supply a hoover and mop and also for them to supply cleaning products. Two cleaners showed up with a mop and bucket and little backpack with a few cloths and sprays. They did not have a hoover with them so I sent my hoover in to them which they did not use.

I explained to them what we needed done and they nodded along but after checking back in on them a little while later, I realised neither of them could speak English. They proceeded to clean for the 4 hours that we paid for and they asked for an extra 2 hours which we agreed to.

After they left we checked the house and were not happy with what had been done. The kitchen presses were half done, the lower shelves of each press were done, the next shelf was half done and the higher shelf was not touched at all. The sink and draining board were still dirty, I later cleaned it with a brillo pad. The stairs and bannisters was still full of dust and dirt as it was clear they hadnt been touched at all. The floors downstairs were all sticky and they were still dirty as it was obvious they hadn't hoovered. I had specifically asked for them to do the skirting board and to get rid of the cobwebs etc but this was half done. They were to do the wardrobes upstairs but these weren't touched so we had to clean them ourselves.

The inside of the windows were supposed to be done and these were left streaky and still full of dirt.

This was all very disappointing as it wasn't cheap. They were not professionals at all and I would definitely not recommend them again.

I'm a professional cleaner fir over 20 years and I work with a cleaning company,where WE provide the cleaning products.
NOT THE CUSTOMER.
Never in my life have I heard of where a Customer has to provide the Items in question.
Seriously ladies.
Get you're training done by a PROFESSIONAL first before you go into this line of work

Three really nice people arrived on time and for my end of tenancy clean - it was a 4 bed/4 bathroom house so not a small job! The house was spotless when they were finished including the oven and the fridge! I would definitely use this service again!
