Please check the seal first on any form of drops that you purchase or ingest. Despite from having adverse reactions,
I discovered after taking the calm drops that there was no seal on the product that we ingested.
I wrote to the customer service team straight away (within the 7 days) and liaised with Eddie. I told them as soon as I realised and explained everything. My request was to have a full refund for £21.25 and I offered to send the product back as I believe this product could have be tampered with and I will not risk trying this supplement again.
Customer service has completely refused any form or refund and basically told me that, and I quote “ if you don’t like a bar of chocolate then you don’t return it “ .
The further unprofessional responses I received were absolutely shocking.
I only wish I could “paste” them all.
Please please think twice about buying products from this company and liaising with a customer service team who quite clearly do not have any form of management.
It’s my legal right to have a full refund here , however this has been refused several times. So I will be reporting to the trading standards and liaising with my bank.

Absolutely love this company i use many of thier supplements. They are the best i have ever taken. I have started using thier clean NMN I am certainly feeling a difference in my energy 💯 so happy i found

Absolutely delighted with the products and the services of this company. The clean ingredients, the delivery, and the customer services were all fantastic. 100% recommended. They do a great offer were you add a 5th item for free.

I ordered something and 3 weeks later they have taken money out of my account again, saying I signed up for subscription.
This is absolute rubbish.
They also still had my card details when I ALWAYS say DO NOT KEEP.

Not a good experience with this company for all the good claims they make do not fulfil what they promote. I even left a negative review on their own site and they dont allow it to show so they obviously filter out bad reviews.
