Same as everyone, they offered a week free trial but charged my card straight away and now are not replying to my e-mail

I really sorry to say that I was convince to pay one week for £6.99 then try to use not able to use wasting of time and money to use no recommendations for this apps cleanup

Scammers Scammers they collected 3.99 several times from my bank please never download

I am writing to complain about the refusal of a refund that I requested on the 8th February 2025 and 9th February 2025 for the following app store purchases totalling £27.96

I signed up for a free trial but did not intend to renew the subscription following my free trial. To my surprise, Cleanup Pro was a weekly subscription priced at £6.99 whilst a monthly membership was just over £7 from memory (which conveniently, the monthly subscription price has disappeared from the app since I had downloaded the app!). I thought this was quite disingenuous given apps will typically renew every month not every week, and there is a tiny difference in price between a weekly and monthly subscription. Not to mention there is a lifetime deal plan for £24.99 right now when I paid £27.96 in total for an app I did not use during that period.

I am also disappointed in Apple for the refusal of my refund, despite a policy that says I can cancel my subscription within 14 days, but I didn't even get a refund for the most recent renewal. Not to mention, there was no function to rebuttal the decision, and your website sent me in spirals and loops in order to try and find a contact function, and logging in again and again and again each time a link opens a new tab. After more than an hour of going in loops around your support website, I have had no choice but to settle with an email address.

I am bitterly disappointed, and I believe Cleanup Pro has been extremely disingenuous, and Apple has been infuriating!

I dont even remember subscribing but 3.99 has been going each week WEEK to pay for it, the worst part is it has not even been cleaning up any storage or doing anything at all, spy app. Devastating. In my bank account it was labelled as “Applebill” so I assumed it was just my bill for extra photo storage. I can not believe this.

Spent over an hour going through photos to delete. Gone back on phone photos all still there! Don’t waste your time or money on this app!

From October They keep taking money out of your account. What do you not use deleted the app from mobile never used just downloaded still the taking money out of the account?

A little concerned at mixed reviews, although most were on the good side. Very good price, good supporting information, said they'd deliver next working day and they did, well packed and apparently undamaged. What more could you ask for.
Posting a review was suggested by the company but if well deserved, good feedback helps them maintain good service, I am all for it.

Easy transaction, quick delivery and great price. Would definitely use Cleanup again and recommend.

I bought an ironing board from Clean Up, UK (this is the same company as Idea Bright & appear to use several different websites & company names) on 14/01/16 and was originally pleased to receive communication on 19/01/16 to say that the order was delayed, which I thought was good service on their part. I did not receive any order tracking information or a proposed delivery date at any stage after placing my order however, to ensure I would be home to accept the delivery.

The order arrived a few days later, well-packaged, and I used it for the first time a few days ago. I immediately noticed that the ironing board was not level, tilting at the end, and while using the board the mesh buckled downward as a result of the heat of the iron. My first thought was to question whether the Brabantia item was in fact a fake.

I immediately reported the fault but have not received responses to either phone calls or emails and keep having to chase the company. I have been in direct contact with Sayed Shafi who was originally helpful in advising me of the delivery delay and was very keen for me to leave positive feedback on Trust Pilot after I first received my order (which I initially did), but since then the service has been abysmal. The company seem reluctant to offer a refund or exchange and have failed to provide me with a return address or offer collection. They seem completely unaware of consumer rights. I am now pursuing this through my credit card and reporting the company to Trading Standards.

Good item at a good price. Website advised it might be a later delivery due to stock levels. Little communication then between purchase and delivery.
