I had Clearwater Legal deal with the buying of a property. A challenge from the start due to the property being a conversion and first time dwelling. This brought with it numerous difficulties but we got there in the end. A special thanks to Mohammed Desai, the lawyer who dealt with it on my behalf. Very efficient, great communication, wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

I cannot recommend Mohammed Desai enough. I've just completed on my first home and Mohammed was utterly brilliant throughout the process. I had a poor previous experience with another conveyancing firm and switched to him, and he was great from the get go, very patient, thorough, and really walked me through each step as we went. We encountered an issue with the title deeds on the property and whilst I had a panic, Mohammed managed to sort it all quickly so we could get ahead with the sale. He was great at keeping me updated, keeping me totally apprised of everything as it was happening. I was able to completely trust his advice and it took a lot of the stress out of it knowing I was in good hands.
