I invested in this corrupt company and used them as a low volume user. Totally disappointing services. Unable to utilize repeat clearances, treating each clearance as a new one with infantile conduct. Avoid this organization like the plague

I would not use this company EVER! They totally screwed up the filing and we received a penalty of close to $80K because they have no idea what they're doing. We're now busy dealing with lawyers because of them. They filled out the form with the wrong information.

They are just as bad as the couriers. They do not even use the details for preparing customs forms provided on the invoice and want payment for duty that doesn't apply. They take days to respond, meanwhile our customers are waiting for order that we can not fill because our shipment is held in bond until they fix their errors.

Broker close on sunday but truck run 7 days a week no service for after hour

We hired Clearit USA to handle customs entry for a shipment into the U.S. Their team incorrectly declared the mode of transport, which caused U.S. Customs to issue a $3,324.80 duty bill plus interest. Clearit refused to accept responsibility for their filing mistake despite CBP confirming the error in writing. We paid for proper clearance services and instead suffered financial loss due to their negligence. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability. We would not recommend this broker to any importer who expects accountability and basic professionalism.

I have been a loyal customer of Clearit for a few years and am very happy with professional services that it provides. Terrible company. Can never talk to anyone. Their website tells you that they are a CBSA partner. Made a mistake at registering with them and called them right away to cancel and also my credit card to cancel and they continued to charge my card. I send a message and email and no one ever called back. I had to treaten them to receive an email, telling me that they would nit cancel anything or refund me. It is robbery and will put this in the hands of the police and lawyer. There are laws in Québec to be able to cancel a contract especiallywhen done within hours. Do not deal with them.

bad comminucation, package stuck at border for a week, cant get anyone on the phone and have been waiting almost 2 days and counting for someone to reply in the chat (which says 1 to 2 hr reply).

WORST COMMUNICATION!!!! CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE BY PHONE. THEY KEEP REPLYING BY EMAIL WITH UNNECESSARY REQUESTS BUT NO ONE CAN PICK UP A PHONE. TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS

I only have a quote. I have not done business with them. They advertise that they can save you money on clearance. However, Clearit quoted me over 100% more than my regular customs broker for fees and the bond, plus they erroneously quote $600 duty on goods that are still duty free under CUSMA.

Simply Amazing! why I did not use Clearit before? Some other broker I randomly contacted gave me such a high quote for small one time shipment, that I got scared. It made me believe it’s very expensive and cumbersome process for a small business until I found Clearit. Online registration was super simple and fast. My shipment was already at the airport and it was last day before storage charges would hit me. Shayna was my contact person and he/she managed everything within 2 hours and before the day starts in northern Alberta. Charges were reasonable and Shayna’s working was so precise and self explanatory I had no questions.
All went well and I got the shipment cleared within 2 hours or probably less.

Shayna has been quite helpful answering my questions about my next shipment I am planning to import soon.

I cannot recommend Clearit.ca enough. I recently needed help in importing a Collector Car from the US into Canada and contracted Clearit as my Customs Broker. The agent, Tyler that I worked with went above and beyond in helping me through the necessary steps and managing the end to end process, I will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not responsive, could not provide the information that a customs broker needed to, because of their delays and lack of communication our shipment racked up over $10,000 in storage fees. They don't answer their phone and when I emailed them regarding the issue they took no responsibility. Not Trustworthy nor reliable.

They are coming back trying to deny any responsibility on this. All of what I said above is true, they were not responsive, their delays cost me. The package did clear customs but they didn't provide the necessary paperwork to release the crates and I had to chase them down day off to get the release paperwork, delaying the release further and costing me additional time with my movers.

Made my customs clearance experience absolutely seamless! I’m impressed how easy and efficient customs clearance process with Clearit is .

Sent me an incorrect invoice 4:00 pm EST on a Friday
(double what it should be) after the load was picked up. They then disappeared for the weekend even though their website says they're available until 8:00 EST on Friday. I sent an email, phone message and chat message. No response. Clearly no off hours service.

The truck has had to be turned around. Now I wait to see how bad this will get. This couldn't have gone worse.

Completely screwed me over mid shipment, clearit.ca was not able to prove to the shipping authorities it was a legitimate company due to their address not matching their registered business name so the shipping company refused to write a bill of lading, completely screwed me over and i would HIGHLY suggest to use anybody, BUT these guys.
