The courses that I have completed worked perfectly I did the virtual gastric band and have lost over a stone. I also have used the relaxation ones and am about to start the one that reduces the amount of alcohol one drinks.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love the hypnosis sessions and the layout of the app Iâve been with clearminds since their beginning I originally purchased single hypnotherapy sessions then paid over £300 for lifetime membership ð¬ however the nightmare begins I am constantly unable to sign in my email and password Iâve used for years is suddenly no longer recognised?? I canât sign it it says username and password do not exist?? Customer service are fantastic they have got me back in time and again but sadly I lost all of my history and all of my journal entries ð± but although I was deeply disappointed I was happy to resume my hypnosis sessions again which are helping my weightloss and mental health issues. However this week I was unable to sign in again!!! Customer service as usual were extremely helpful but this time Iâm still unable to access my account ð± instead it keeps asking me to pay??? I have paid and will definitely not be paying double! This is really disappointing and frustrating Iâve now missed four days of my plan ð¢ Iâm getting exhausted having to chase and follow up emails Iâm unsure if this is a deliberate clause inbuilt for lifetime membership as no more money is being made? Ian getting cynical about this to be honest. Lucky I have lifetime membership on Balance while Iâve been with much longer than clear minds and although I prefer clear minds hypnotherapy sessions I have never ever been let down by the Balance app Iâve never experienced account issues with them and they are more than half the price of clear minds so I would definitely recommend them over clear minds for having no technical issues.
This canât keep happening itâs disruptive disappointment frustrating and causing me to suffer more anxiety and stress which ironically why I brought into them
Please please sort this out once and for all and remember those customers who have been with you since the beginning who got you where you are now!!!

I listen EVERY night. I have a great set of headband earphones, I fall asleep comfortably. I cant sleep without whatever I happen to be listening to at the time. I highly recommend it comes everywhere with me.

Overcome Depression-I was at the lowest in depression and it got to a dark place..i asked God/ universe for help and within seconds I came across the advertisement on instagram which I had passed a few times .. I didnât think I could do hypnosis myself by just listening.. within 1 night something shifted..Day 2 I was giggling having a great time I was back to myself.. I kept with it and it has helped me so much.. Iâm shocked.. Over come depression is the hypnosis I listened to for about 3/4 weeks..amazing.. I also did the injection weigh loss sleep edition and Iâm lighter eating healthy I donât want to over eat..itâs unbelievable.. iv also done another weight loss hypnosis.. some offering different things and it suited me..itâs unbelievable and for that price wow..Iâm down about 1 inch so far in measurements .. I was sceptical at first and scared it would be difficult to cancel should I not enjoy the app all my fears were just that, fears, the app really helped me, I did the 3 month Trial as I had very bad insomnia at the time this app really helped me with my sleep and when my trial was coming to an end the team were brilliant and cancellation was easy would definitely return to clear minds should I need it in the future and it's nice to know it is always there should I need it would highly recommend

That's a great start and shows you are relaxing well as you listen.... so do trust the process and the subconscious mind is still listening to the suggestions as you sleep.
I'm sure many people would classify themselves as stubborn! However, if you really want to make changes, try to go with the relaxation and keep an open mind. Remember that repetition is important so we always suggest you take just one topic at a time and listen every day or night for about 7 1- 10 days, before moving onto the next. You can revisit the sessions at any time.

Great app!
I was skeptical of the app at first because I didnât think it was for me but Iâve changed my mind. There is loads of content to choose from and while I donât use the app for weight loss hypnotherapy or similar - I love it for relaxation, sleep, focus etc. Really nice voices accompany each session as well.

Really good to help with sleeping
Really good to help with sleeping. I am unable to visualise like most people, but it still sends me into a more relaxed state and generally fall asleep within twenty minutes with using these hypnotic sessions. Also the customer service are very quick to respond, if you are having problems with with your purchase library.
