ClearScore is an outstanding candidate for Australia's next big data breach. If this company can't manage a simple mailing list, how can they possibly be trusted with our financial data? They send endless daily spam despite unsubscribing 10 times (including providing proof to ClearScore and ACMA). Customer Service replies are completely empty and dishonest. There is a clear lack of integrity and morals in those who work at ClearScore. The attitude portrayed is one of total disdain for anyone who dares to contact them. I just wanted my latest credit score. They just want to sell loans, and they're happy to dance on your grave to do so.

EDIT: Their reply here about wanting to help is a complete lie. They've ignored over 50 emails in 4 weeks (no exaggeration).

SCAM! - Untrue, unfair and just a bad representation of a person that is relied on more than it should be!! Penalises people for living within their means, paying all their bills (no late or defaults) and not applying for credit - WHY does my score go down and not up?? DOWN 35points this month and NO issues AND the cherry is down 64points for an error but it was never reinstated??? (Evidence is written in my account and withdrawn by the company who made the mistake)- C'on what a beep'in joke!

After repeated claims of finance offers being available to me, I thought I might look at a vehicle upgrade. So I started an application with Credit Scores preferred financiers, the attempted application was rejected even before it was submitted due to my income type being a pension. My 860+ credit score meant absolutely nothing during the process, In fact all this exercise achieved was a drop of 100 points in my so called credit score for attempting the application itself. An absolute waste of time and energy. And FYI since the AI rejection have been saving at a rate 2x that of the projected monthly repayments and still spending unfettled on life's little pleasures and a classic bike build.

Clear score has access to Illion and Experian credit ratings. They are two of the best companies for credit rating in my country. For a free fast credit rating check. I recommend clear score.

Great way to keep an eye on your credit scores and risks to your credit rating

Great that I can compare my credit scores and reports with the two credit agencies and can see all credit enquires which has been great as I found a credit enquiry that I hadn’t done. Also love that it alerts you if your email address has been found in a data breach

I love the ease of use and pace of mind I have with this app.

Clear score is great for being able to be current and up to date with my credit score.
I love that they let you know if there is any activity with my credit score, makes me feel safer I. A world that has so my scammers.

I have tried to obtain my credit score, over and over. I have provided correct details of my Driver's licence, ClearScore says it's wrong, I then provide correct details of my Medicare card, ClearScore says its wrong, I then provide correct details of my Passport, ClearScore says that's wrong. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!

Have been using this site for at least the last 8yrs...always got a great result when thinking about spending & refinancing...Easy use & rarely let's you down

I don't really know how advantageous these credit check companies are. Tells me I can apply for a number of credit card vendors, but knocked back on the first one tried. Also tells me that to get a better credit rating I should take out a loan and not pay my credit card off each month.

Very trusted and easy process to get approval of loan.

Sends me a list of companies stating my score is so good i can apply for XYZ....
Which i tried, and was rejected from all, then they have shown up on my Equifax credit report, Which does not match Their Equifax report on the Clearscore site either. I regret using this, its actually made me worse off than i was prior to creating an account on this.
Now im calling these companies asking them to take the enquiry off of my credit report, which i got for FREE in detail off Equifax site themselves.
Why even send me a list saying that my score is so good, apply - And then my score is damaged - And NONE of those on the list accepted me - Be warned.

I did not sign up for this service. I do not wish to create an account to allow me to cancel emails. Looks like my account details have been leaked from Experian when I recently instructed them to place a ban on my credit reports. This breach of confidentiality is unethical and disturbing.
