Kim who usually picks up the phone is lovely and friendly, polite, and great to chat with.

I've been working with Adam now for a number of years, and every time is a simple, stress-free process! Communication is clear and consistent, customer service is next to none, Adam goes above and beyond to assist and is always a pleasure!

We set-up a contract with Water Plus through a broker called Clearsight 18 months ago, and the contract was sighed making it legally binding. However, from the off we were being charged more per unit than was in the contract. Having sent numerous correspondence they will not refund us a measly £135 (we spend approximately £400/ month with them!).

Shocking support, service and a blatant disregard for contract law...

We are now seeking advice on how to proceed elsewhere!

I would not recommend these third-party brokers. They always put you in a difficult position and then disappear. I am a victim myself. They disappeared without resolving my issue, and I receive huge bills every month. I am very disappointed with them.
