Had two blokes Dan & Chris turn up to replace windows, These two guys where absolutely outstanding so polite cleaned up after themselves nothing was to much trouble.
Dan & Chris are a credit to the company

E mailed them to contact me to measure up and come and take my order on 3/2/26 . Still no contact so decided to avoid . If not interested when a client rings with an order , then don’t deserve the business and when this happens at the first contact stage of the transaction showed disorganization and arrogance . I don’t ring twice to spend thousands of pounds . I’m an existing customer .

Avoid – Clearview Glaziers, Peterborough. In my experience they are very expensive & have a slow & incompetent customer service. Took Clearview 10 months since the order to eventually (supposedly) ‘complete’ the installation of my flat fire door after multiple visits of partial work. All evidence supplied show a different door fitted, FD30 instead of a FD30S.
I am a non-resident landlord and this experience has been a total nightmare, even though I have given them the simple solution to resolve it they continually ignore my requests and come up with some excuse or don’t reply at all.
Certificates had to be requested and they sent the wrong ones, potentially lied about it and still haven't sent the correct Q-Mark/BM TRADA certificates 11 months after the initial order. Customer service & the Director have been useless & extremely frustrating in my experience, and they continually fail to provide proof they have installed smoke safety seals in accordance with building regulations, despite numerous requests over many weeks.

Had 2 appointment with this dodgy company both times didn’t turn up, called 5 to 6 time the receptionist again say they will be there and no show not even a courtesy to call us back that they not coming, please be careful with this company
