Super shoes, fast delivery, great service. The only small issue was that the box was very dusty, which was promptly resolved by their excellent customer service team. A+

Really good experience with customer service. Trainers arrived with small fault, contacted customer service via email, sent a photo and received a reply with options extremely quick. Resolved the issue and refund received the same day. Tegan was very helpful and friendly in her responses. 5 out of 5 for customer service, lost a star due to slight fault on product. Would use this company again.

Although we had problems with the courier service, the customer service were second to none and sorted the delivery to ensure I received my order in time for my son's birthday. I will certainly be using them again.

Ordered my shoes on the 11th of March and there has been a problem with The shipping. Royal Mail couldn’t confirm my address even though I paid with Apple Pay and it shows my address through that because it’s linked to the card. They returned to sender.
Contacted customer Support at cleens last Friday 13th and they have passed it my email on to fulfilment team and I still haven’t heard anything. So I’m shoeless and also moneyless.

And my personal experience has been excellent

I had a fault issue on pair trainers bought for my son 4 weeks ago and my email was responded to in minutes.
Communication was excellent and dealt with quickly and I was given 3 options which I wanted an exchange done. I returned trainers by courier and sent copy of return slip to customer service and an order for new pair of trainers had been processed that day. From start to finish within 2 hours customer service was outstanding and I would definitely purchase from Cleens again as we have numerous times and always happy with the products.

What can I say about this brand! Honestly the quality of the trainers are top notch, to the point where I brought 1 pair last month after wanting a pair of Cleens for a while now, I bit the bullet and ordered myself a pair of essential skate triple black. They fit perfectly to size and the quality of the trainers are unmatched compared to other big name brands out there. I love the pair I brought that much I ordered another 2 pairs of essential skate Viper and Chalk this month and I’m over the moon with them! Thank you Cleens.

I ordered a pair of size 7 cleens but unfortunately received the wrong size!. The customer service i received was brilliant...very prompt replies. As soon as I provided a copy of my returns receipt, the refund had already been issued, along with a 25% discount for my next purchase.
