Tyler was seamless from the start. I am a first time home buyer and had loads of questions/concerns. Tyler made sure things were transparent, informative and genuine. I felt safe through-out the entire process and I am beyond thankful Tyler was my go-to person. The loan process was done efficiently and very quickly. I would 100% recommend any family/friends and I look forward to Tyler doing my refinance. Everything was so easy!

Tyler Higgins was our loan officer. Complete godsend. I met him through the purchase of our house a couple years ago. He was there for us every step of the process providing insight, explanation and just making the whole process extremely less stressful. Working with Tyler was like having a calm, cool friend that uses the word “rad” who just happens to be a mortgage wizard. Buying a home can be stressful, time sensitive and packed with deadlines, but somehow he made it feel like I was just hanging out while paperwork magically got done. He kept us in the loop the whole time, answered my calls even when I’m sure he was busy, and somehow made terms like “escrow” and “interest rate” less scary. He’s so easy to talk to that by the end I wasn’t sure if I had just bought a house or joined a new friend group.
