DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Ordered 2 pillows and 2 free pillow cases on December 17, 2024 - my credit card was charged on December 18, 2024. Tracking the order online was impossible. I reached out to company via their internet customer service (they had no phone number on website) several times and never received any response. Finally received pillows - but did not receive pillowcases - on January 10, 2025. I have reached to their customer service asking for status on pillowcases. As of today, they have not responded. I recently saw same pillows on Amazon, if only I had known before.

Not able to reach them for a return by email or phone and the emails listed do not work!

Terrible, don't waste your money, it is a knock off.

'100 Night Risk Free Trial' is an absolute scam. Ordered two pillows on 27th August and package was delayed for nearly two months, apparently lost at courier and they couldn't do anything about it, finally arrived 15th October, we tried them (for a few weeks, as instructed) but they're not good for either of us so emailed on 8th November to use '100 Night Risk Free Trial' advertised all over the website, and on the specific pillow listing it says 'Free returns within the first 100 nights starting when your pillow is delivered.' and 'Your 100-night trial begins the day your pillow is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll help you process a return and issue a full refund.' They replied to offer store credit (the only thing on their store is this pillow and its pillow case - useless), I refused and repeated my refund request, they offered a 50% refund and we'd keep the pillows, which again we said is not what we were asking for as per their advertised 'trial', then finally replied to offer a refund only if WE paid to ship the pillows (that arrived vacuum sealed so much smaller, we can't get them back to this state so now much bulkier) internationally to the US (not to where they came from). I replied that this was not what they advertised, their last reply was 29th Nov, I have sent eight emails since, including in a new email chain, they have not replied in almost two months, and I have no other way to get in contact with them. Bought on their website as they were the original design of this pillow so it felt unfair to purchase cheaper rip-off designs on other sites, but now absolutely regretting this. Never buy from this site if you expect a quality product or any functional customer service.

Scam!!! Ordered early novemebr until today havent received my order. They just want ur money for free!!!

Ordered on 11/24 and it still hasn’t arrived almost a month later. I received several tracking emails showing it was coming from China, but now the tracking doesn’t work. Appears to be a scam

Complete scam. No one available to contact. Get fake status updates, including 'ship' status. Tracking number goes to a platform where item cannot be found. I placed my order over 30 days ago...no item, no response. DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM.

Scam. DO NOT ORDER. Never responded to emails or the messages on their help center. Disputing charges on my card.

Took forever to arrive. Emailed numerous times with no reply. (Did receive DAILY marketing emails, but no replies from customer service...)
Then when they finally delivered it today, they left it laying in the rain at the end of the driveway (though it was well sealed).
Haven't even used it yet, but it almost doesn't matter. Terrible service.

Total Scam. I have been trying to return my pillow for over a month. They do not respond. Info@cleshy does not go through. Hello@cleshy took 7 emails to get a response. Now they have ghosted me. DO NOT BUY

I made my order beginning of October and it was showing as processing for a whole month. I came to see the reviews and was concerned so I emailed them through shopify as their normal email I had no response and I got an immediate reply and my pillow was shipped and I finally recieved it.
The pillow itself is amazing. My neck feels so much better so it was worth the wait but I took off a star because of the whole shipping situation.

Total scam and they stole my money.

Complete scam. Unfortunately I looked at their website reviews and it all looked legitimate. I bought the piloow using Apple pay believing that apple pay would not give money to a fraud company and have not had any response from them since I received a shipping email stating received order over a month ago and nothing since. Save your money and bypass this fraud otherwise you can kiss your money goodbuy.

This is a scam. I placed the order months ago I’ve had no response and no delivery updates. They are completely ignoring me. Really gutted

Major Fraud and Scam!!! Avoid at all cost.

First the order takes a long time to come.
Second the product is nothing like that on their website and very substandard.
Third when you mail them asking for a return & refund under their 100 Day Risk free trial they never respond!

Only an email through which you can reach them. No phone number or alternate way. Definitely a scam. Save your money and spend on something better.

Order took 2 months to arrive and only arrived after complaint made to credit company. They then send a dummy product to suggest they've fulfilled the sale.

When it arrived the quality of the product was laughably bad. Not fit for purpose. Completely mis shaped - nothing like advertised.

Still waiting for a response from the customer service - but not expecting one.
Will be seeking refund from credit card company

Mas de un mes para recibir el producto. Es super fino, no coincide para nada con la publicidad que han emitido por todas las redes. Además me tenían que enviar dos juegos de fundas que tampoco han llegado. No gastar tiempo ni dinero en esto.
