Both engineers Chris and Chris were very competent and tidy on all pipework and Flue a Credit to Clever Energy Boilers.I shopped around and there was no other business that could compete on the price, even one that said it would price match.

Few niggles to begin with (wrong size


Few niggles to begin with (wrong size radiators supplied and then had to come back another day for new fitting and parts for boiler) but on the whole okay

Seemed great at the time

Seemed great at the time, until needed a repair
 the 6th time someone has now come out looking puzzled.., it’s not the fact they haven’t fixed the problem it’s the blatant lies about times engineers have been booked for them you see the screen from engineers and you weren’t booked in at all, not only have I not had hot water for nearly 2 weeks, and 6 call outs
 the engineer who’s come today who I was guaranteed was booked in on Friday for the whole day turned up at 1330 (supposed to be here from 0800) with having been called from another job with no record of this being in his diary so even more lies
 when I phoned at 1100 I was told he was delayed picking up the part and guess what he hasn’t even got a part because there wasn’t one ordered

Absolutely disgusting
 ..: and yep still no working boiler or hot water
,.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience.

We are aware of the ongoing issues with your boiler and that multiple visits have taken place, with various parts replaced to resolve the fault. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the boiler has not responded as expected, which we understand has been incredibly disappointing. Our engineer who visited yesterday has now identified the underlying issue so we can bring this matter to a close promptly.

Regarding the most recent appointment, we acknowledge there was a breakdown in communication and we hold our hands up to the error in how this visit was scheduled. This has since been addressed internally and discussed with you directly.

This certainly isn’t the standard of service we aim to deliver and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused you.
