Am i really dealing with the same company as all these positive reviews????

I look at the score this company has on here and it's like i must be dealing with someone else, I don;t kow if its geographically driven, but the service i have had has been abysmal!
We needed the boiler replaced a couple of years ago, we had brought a property thats original boiler was about 15 years old and suddenly gave up the ghost. Buying the boiler was easy, nothing to much trouble and someone out to survey ASAP. When it came to fitting the boiler that was different, engineers never showing up for the first two attempts, then the third guy explaining when he got here that the survey was wrong and he hadnt got the equipment to fit the boiler...it was a total shambles!!
But you figure that once its in the problems go away right? And to be fair, we have no issues with the boiler itself, just the service from the company.
I took out a care plan, to make sure nothing else would catch me off guard on the heating, and we have had the regular services to make sure we are doing what we should, but, in the last two years we have NEVER had an appointment go to plan first time around. Either they don't show, or you have the farce from today, where they knocked on the empty house next door and tried to call my mobile but 'couldnt get through'...OK pal, you fancied an ealy tea and went home is more like it!!!
Recommend doing some research on alternatives before you commit to doing anything with these guys, and if its because of the area, Birmingham and Sandwell is where to avoid!!

The missed appointments, miscommunication and lack of reliability you described are unacceptable. It’s clear that the level of service you received fell far short of our standards and for that we offer our sincere apologies.

We also take seriously your comments regarding the engineer visit mix-up and how it was handled. This is not the experience we want any of our customers to have and your feedback will be passed on to the relevant teams for immediate review.
