I’m a single mom with an already successful business and a very full life, so stepping into a completely new industry felt like a big move. But this program made it so easy to follow. Everything Veena, Garret & Cody taught me was laid out in a way that gave me clarity and confidence right away.
After watching the webinar, I joined the ATM Mentoring Program—and even as a Canadian, they showed me exactly how to start wholesaling multi-family properties in the U.S. without confusion or overwhelm.
I started in mid-January with my mentor Dave, and by March I was already getting calls from investors and working toward my first deal.
This is a real business and it does require time and commitment, but the support inside the program—especially in those first few months of setting things up, finding leads, and making calls—made all the difference.
If you’re self-motivated and willing to stay consistent, you can absolutely be successful in this program and in wholesaling.
I highly recommend it.

The coaching calls were good. Mr Forrest Blackburn was great as a mentor. He always shows up and trains to my understanding. He also answered all my questions, I was a little slow in the beginning but he had a lot of patience for me.

People rarely pick up the phone when you call for help. Thst was my experience with the administrative staff.

I really like the 5 Day Challenge Webinar they gave. It was a lot of information, but it set you up for success. It's a proven step-by-step formula and easy to follow program. I really liked the way Veena, Cody and Garrett laid out the process. And what's really remarkable is the price for the whole program. I believe the reason why the price is so affordable is because they are in the business of people success. Guys you have to look in on what you're doing it's amazing what they are offering. I've looked at a lot of real estate programs, but this is TOP NOTCH. Never seen what they offer before.

What I like is the Wednesday afternoon meeting so much value there. My mentor Dave Ludena is best. He is patient and understanding from a personal point of view really like working with him. Would like to have him as business partner if possible.

The program is awesome, it’s helping me understand the industry and I’ve been making excellent connections with like minded and high level people in the industry. I have worked as a contractor painting houses my whole life and real estate came into my frame. Decided to jump in to make some real money and I could not be more grateful for the guidance here, thanks guys!

I have had a great experience with ATM. My background is in the home service industry for the last 8 years. I have no background in real estate aside from my personal residence. Going into the program I was nervous as to what I should expect as I have been involved in programs before where they sign you up and then the support ends there and you don't see results.

ATM is legit, you get to rub shoulders with vetted industry experts and they will support you from start to finish. From generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. They have all the resources you need to be successful including the scripts, the deal or dud calculator, the legal docs, the software, and the funding solutions. On top of that, they are great mentors and help push you. Their underwriting team is highly experienced as well and I have learned a lot from them. They are constantly making improvements internally as well and I have appreciated how open they are to feedback as the program continues to develop since it is newer.

With ATM they want you to be successful because they are investing in you as a partner. They don't just see you as someone to bring them a deal, they want you to scale your wholesale business, own properties, or help fund the deals.... Whatever, your goals are!

Thank you Garrett, Veena, Forrest, Andrew, and the ATM team for being patient with me, answering all of my crazy questions, and helping push me to make a deal happen. I am confident with their support that I can make a deal happen. Just know it will take effort and patience.

Review:
I joined the Clever Investors Jumpstart Program expecting mentorship, deal support, and real partnership opportunities. What I got instead was poor communication, empty promises, and complete disregard for the time and effort I put in.

I submitted multiple qualified real estate deals, followed all the guidelines, and reached out respectfully numerous times via phone and text. Not once did I receive a return call or a professional response. When I finally voiced my concerns, I was simply told, "Good luck," and dismissed entirely.

This program is heavily marketed to aspiring investors, but once you’re in, you're on your own. No mentorship. No feedback. No partnership. Just silence.

It feels like a bait-and-switch operation designed to profit off ambitious individuals without delivering the value they advertise. I’ve since filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office in Arizona to push for accountability.

If you value your time, integrity, and resources—stay away.

What an amazing 5 days!! I've learned so much, gained the confidence I need to do this and am so motivated. I've connected with a group of other students and investors to hold each other accountable and joint venture on deals!! Cody and his team are awesome!!

Working with them is easy and everything was disclosed and simple. Great team of professional people.
