Ich habe dort eine Postbox und bin enttÀuscht. Die BenutzeroberflÀche ist relativ mÌhsam zu bedienen. Erst sollte man die Verifizierung per App machen, was nicht funktioniert hat, dann ging es aber auch Ìber die Browser-OberflÀche. Eine Umstellung von monatlicher auf jÀhrliche Zahlung scheint nicht möglich zu sein.
Bei der Paketweiterleitung muss man aufpassen. Clevver nimmt einen festen Betrag und dann noch (in dem Tarif, den ich habe) 20% der Porto-Kosten. Ich habe mir ein Paket (4 kg, 36x34x26 cm) nach Schweden weiterleiten lassen und bin davon ausgegangen, dass einer der Ìblichen Transportdienstleister wie DHL oder DPD beauftragt wird. Beide bieten einen Versand fÌr unter 20 EUR an. Statt dessen wurde das Paket mit FedEx verschickt und mir fÌr die Weiterleitung inkl. Porto 88,81 EUR berechnet. Man könnte fast meinen, dass absichtlich ein teurer Versanddienstleister gewÀhlt wurde, um selbst maximal an der Weiterleitung zu verdienen.

I was eager to secure a postbox in Portugal, so I signed up for a year-long plan. However, to my dismay, the service provider informed me that I couldn't add my immediate family member as an authorized recipient and refused to refund my payment. This was despite the fact that, according to European Law, the person I requested to be included is clearly considered an immediate family member. I strongly advise against opting for a yearly plan, as I encountered numerous issues during my experience. The document verification process dragged on for almost two weeks, despite my timely submission of all required documents. I had to continuously inquire about each step and wait for their delayed responses whenever I encountered a technical glitch, further extending the frustration.
This appears to be a scam company
This appears to be a scam company. I have been getting the run-around for weeks trying to set up a US Telephone Number and an Italian Address. I have paid for the year in advance for both. My account was charged but no telephone number was assigned to my account and no invoice was provided to me for the US Telephone Number - only for the Italian Address. Then the telephone number finally appeared on my dashboard after numerous emails asking for help. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks for verification - all the while getting the "run-around" from a non-responsive "helpdesk", which only responds per email and seems to only be available in the mornings a few days a week. I have wasted literally 2 weeks and countless hours trying to get someone at Clevver to provide me with an actual answer to my questions. I get half-answers and conflicting responses and no resolution to the problem. I set a deadline of a week (giving them a total of 3 weeks to activate my telephone number) and stated that if I do not get a response by the end of the week, I would like to withraw my order for the US telephone number and receive a full refund for my purchase. The "helpdesk" responded almost immediately per email that they are canceling my phone number and adding a "credit to my account" for the 164 Euro that I paid for a US Telephone Number! I hope I get my money refunded. What a terrible waste of time and energy. Still worried about whether I will actually receive mail in my postbox for the address that I purchased. This company does not appear to be able live up to its promises. Be warned!

Verstehe den Dienst ehrlich gesagt nicht. Hatte ÃŒber ein paar Monate eine Postbox dort gebucht. Von drei Briefen dorthin kam jeder (!) einzelne wieder zurÃŒck ("EmpfÀnger konnte nicht ermittelt werden"). Meine einzige E-Mail an den Support von clevver.io (mit EmpfangsbestÀtigung) wurde nie beantwortet. GekÃŒndigt hatte ich nun auch schon zwei oder drei Mal. Clevver.io bucht allerdings weiterhin fleiÃig von meiner Kreditkarte ab. Denke mal es handelt sich hier nur um eine Betrugsmasche und kein real existierendes Unternehmen.
Super Service
Ich habe Clevver beauftragt eine LLC fÃŒr mich zu grÃŒnden. Es hat alles schnell und reibungslos geklappt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und innerhalb 48 Stunden war die Firma gegrÃŒndet und angemeldet. Besser geht es nicht. Bin sehr zufrieden.

I rent there two mailboxes, Warsaw and Tel-Aviv, to forvard to Israel one important letter. Both of the addresses are provided by Clevver, point that.
Started the delivery. UPS in a few days says that address is incorrect, there's no apartments nubmer.
What will the common man think? That it's the problem of the company you pay the money to get a service.
Forget that crap) The customer service of the Clevver the whole week was saying that their Israeli representative will solve the problem, day by day. Yep, as a result nothing changed at all.
I had to contact UPS directly and their Tel-Aviv office agreed to hold my delivery at their place waiting for me. I had to spend the whole day and a lot of money to get to the airport industrial zone where the UPS is located and out of there. But there was my delivery waiting for me.
UPS is the best logistic company and Anna Chukanov is the best crew member of UPS Israel div.
As for the Clevver - i don't recommend having any business relationship with them.
Slow, incompetent and the worst customer service I've seen for a long time. Be careful.

Parcel paid for and customs declaration filled it but nothing done with it.

Clevver has not responded to my complaint about the issues described but instead just locked my account for an outstanding invoice(for services they didn't actually delivered and they know it!) without any prior communication and just does not answer email!
Basically their tactic is to hold your mail hostage until you pay.
