Philip was very helpful in getting us a great deal for our holiday very helpful thankyou

Lovely person to deal with. Everything explained very well, kept me up to date with phone calls and emails. A great asset to your company.

First time booking through this company and first time I’ve been able to book a holiday with no stress or pressure. Philip was amazing I give him our budget and dates and he give us a 4* hotel all inclusive at a price I was expecting to pay for room only. He rang back at the next day to say he’d got us an option of better flight times which was great as we’ve young children so we booked straight away. So anyone looking a stress free experience of booking a holiday give Philip a ring. I know I’ll be talking to him again 😁

Fabulous customer service managed to book onto same holiday as family flights and transfers thank you

Very helpful and patient helped me get a good deal, over all good customer service.

Searched loads websites for a holiday then called Karl who was so calm and collected. Asked me a few basic questions then offered some suggestions. No forced sales, which allowed me time to discuss with my wife. Called Karl the next day and he made the booking experience very simple. I will definitely be using him again for my next booking!

Sam helped me find the perfect holiday for my family. He was polite, pleasant and very helpful and although I did have him going backwards and forwards he didn't bother in the slightest he helped me with no hesitations.

Today i finally booked a tiny girl's vacation at best possible price! Karl was an amazing helping hand, patient and understanding. He made the whole process so nice and smooth in a polite manner. If anything i will continue booking from him, searching for his name because he definitely deserves a promotion! An outstanding customer service.
