I spoke to Karan who arranged my holiday to Benidorm for my 30th birthday. He explained the full holiday and everything which was included and was so friendly and helpful. I will be contacting Karan for my next trip.

We wanted to book a holiday but was unsure what to do, spoke to a man called for slyvestor. He was very kind and patient and really took his time trying to find us the best deal. We really appreciate the service we were given today

Our travel rep was great he applied a great discount and upgraded our rooms as a good will gesture, I’ll be using him again. Highly recommend and much cheaper than high street travel agents

Excellent service and very helpful with all aspects ts of the booking.
Highly recommended

Oliver was very helpful and helped me to book our trip. Good communication. Now looking forward to seeing Barcelona.

Was helpful at the initial booking part of the process and putting my package together. They also let me pay a deposit while I finalised some other details of my trip. However since, have not responded to several emails/messages I have sent. Not helped at all. Once they have the sale customer service is pretty poor

Communication very poor have sent emails and phoned to get Flight ref number and also hotel booking form
Still waiting
Have phoned and emailed again still no response
As soon as the money was paid no response they also demanded an extra £20 per passenger to pay a deposit then pay in full 2 months before holiday

Karan was so helpful when i booked my holiday he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the relevant information and documentation i would definitely book again with this company.

Totally recommend this company for excellent service and prices, Agent Karan has helped me in booking this holiday and it was amazing.

Cannot recommend click a holiday enough! So helpful and prices can't be beaten .
Booked our holiday today with Karl, and cannot wait to book our next.

Booked my holiday today with Gary, very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. I'm looking forward to my break away 😁. I used the holiday discount center, and got a good deal.

Even though we had a tight budget they found us the trip in the price bracket we were after.
