Best customer service ever
ClickClack customer service is probably the best I have ever seen. They helped me with my purchase of Kuycon 6K monitor, answered every single question I had so I can buy it with peace in mind. After receiving the product, the customer service actually checked in again to see if I was happy with the product. We need more shops like this!

Received a monitor without a stand
I was very disappointed to receive a monitor without a stand—especially since the product page showed images of the monitor with a stand and gave no indication that it was not included. When I contacted customer support, they told me I would need to purchase the stand separately as an extra accessory. This felt misleading. After I raised my concerns, they stopped responding altogether. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others.
