Click pay is a âTerribleâ company and customer service! The worst! Monthly HOA is due between the 1st thru the 15th. I made my payment on the 14th at noon, Monday was a holiday so now they are adding fees for being late cause the bank doesnât clear it??? I have confirmation it was cleared!

Hello, click pay took 2 rent payments this month. The company and representative said it was a "mistake", which I understand, but when I asked for a refund, they kindly said I was out of luck and said it could no the done. The representative stated that the property manager of Remy on the Trails, had to refund me. And guess what the manager stated that they could not issue me a refund either. Whose job or life can be on the line for this mistake? Either parties want to take any responsibility for this. $3000 was taken out of my account, and put me in a bad financial state.And for this, there should be some repercussion that should take place. If I do not get a solution by the end of the week, I will have to contact the Houston housing authority department and request a hearing. This is unacceptable, an extra $1500 is in someone's pocket right now, and it's not in mine.

The click pay app is not user friendly. They use an AI bot that is absolutely useless. You can't call anyone. This is the most negative part of living in the Pecan Square community.
They charge you for bank payments
The only company that charges for paying from your bank. It doesn't work from another country, make sure to pre-pay before you go on vacation or turn on the VPN and cross fingers.
ClickPay trying to double charge me for HOA
So, I paid my HOA via check instead of through the ClickPay website because my HOA told me to do so, since we were switching property management companies. Now ClickPay is saying I owe my HOA money for the months of April-June, when I do not. Customer service keeps making more and more excuses as to why their information is reflecting wrong. I have contacted them five times now, and the issue is still not resolved. They even blamed my property management company for their issue⊠when the property managers have nothing to do with the ClickPay website or how to go inside of there. They were very confused why they would direct me to call them to fix their issue.
I have receipts of everything and they said that no check was deposited. I just sent them my photos of the check being debited from my account, property managementâs paid in full receipt, the letter the HOA sent me about how to pay them via check, and also a picture of the letter I sent⊠I hope that is now finally enough for them to correct their defect.
I hope my HOA abandons using ClickPay because I guess I just have to keep mailing my HOA checks thru snail mail for now instead of virtually. I will definitely be calling them back and telling them what a nightmare using ClickPay has been for me. ClickPayâs website is not functioning properly, and customer service NEEDS HELP! If you are a property manager, please look elsewhere for payment processing!
Pathetic portal
I wish there was something lower than what I could rate this company. Their customer service is pathetic and so is the portal. The portal is misleading to setup AutoPay. If ClickPay is affiliated with First Service residential to make payment they should have had some ability to configure there portal yo follow FSR norms. FRS needs payment quarterly but ClickPay misleads by giving an option to setup for annual Pay. Now the payment is don't go to FRS and they charge with insane penalties. They both keep pushing to each other for unable to revert or reimburse the incorrect charges. After talking for 3 hrs back and forth no result and I was forced to pay all penalties along with my credit score been impacted as well due to this. Watchout if you using ClickPay.

Scam. They donât know what theyâre talking about when it comes to payments. I called multiple times and got wrong information on each call. They made me call another vendor who was obviously not responsible for the Clickpay issue. Multiple issues with my payment, no information regarding fees, they insist the problems arenât with them when they are. DO NOT USE them. Waste of time and a scam.

Wish i could rate 0 but cant ok So i pay my rent on the 28 of feb 2025 and idk what really happen but click pay didnt take the money so bout time the 3 of march came it woulda been consider a late fee so then they decided to take the money on march 6 but they didn`t because it was a late fee so. So we call the click pay no one answers and the contact my apt and they said it was nothing they do about it or late fee they added on me. So i ended up paying the late fee in all just for click pay to try to take it from the wrong card that i didnt put on there.Oh and why all this was going on they had added reverse fee for the first time and then added another reverse fee for them using the wrong card. So at the end of the day they was charging me late fees when it wasnt even my fault when i paid the rent on the 28 of feb before the 3rd of march.

First and foremost-Click pay should receive ZERO stars for this review, one star is much too generous & is a lie. This company acts as an intermediary between businesses and consumers. In other words as another review stated, "This company is a middle man for processing payment. This company should never be allowed in business." Unfortunately the businesses they bill for are not vetted as legitimate-thus herein lies the problem. There are NO customer service humans that one can speak with . All Click pay wants is to scam your hard earned money from you, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They are egregious in their behavior and nefarious in their activties. Hopefully they will be exposed and prosecuted for their repeated nefarious activities.

ClickPay is a terrible service. They did not receive the bank payment for my HOA and said they had to wait for 1-5 days after I resent the money. Why? Because they. needed to know I had sufficient funds. That is ridiculous because I have more than sufficient funds at all times as the rainy day emergency funds. They lie. They repeat the same bad story. They are horrible.

Click Pay will charge you for making online payments, yourself, via bank accounts. So you manage and do it all yourself, you pay with a bank account and not a credit card, and they charge you fees. I'm not talking about credit card payments, I understand the cards themselves charge fees. On top of that, there is no customer service. If you have an issue you're going to be plum out of luck or waste a few hours creating new log-ins and nonsense.
