Missing contents, poorly packed
It's my first time ordering, my parcel arrived dumped in amongst other parcels outside my door, there was a large rip on one side of an envelope and just a cooling pack and invoice inside, I contacted them 2 times on separate occasions and not a single response.

Is it too much to expect your order in its original packaging?!
I ordered two boxes of a medication that comes in sachets, 30 sachets in each box. I opened the delivery box to find all the sachets thrown messily in it, no sign of the original packaging, with the instruction leaflets torn and thrown in there. How can i trust the medication has not been tampered with when it's not in its original packaging? This is ludicrous !!

Medication not delivered, no communication
Medication not delivered after ordering weight loss jabs and paying almost £180.00 to include next day delivery, there is still no sign of my delivery.
They are not answering mails or when you call them the ansaphone just says not to leave a message as it is full !
I have filled out the customer complaint form at least three times and have not even received a confirmation mail in response.
I have asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but to no avail. At this point some 5 days after placing my order the website is still saying âapproval pendingâ
Up to this point, they have been excellent and kept me informed of order progress, but I can no longer recommend Click Pharmacy UK

Exceptionally poor service
Exceptionally poor service and communication.
Received almost-expired medication; blamed on supplier. After some back and forth emails (with several days between each response) âvery generously agreedâ to take items back for an exchange. I then asked for a prepaid envelope or similar (perfectly reasonable request for any normal online shop) and the line went cold⊠(that was the last I heard from them).
Wouldnât buy again. Will use a reputable pharmacy such as Pharmica and Pharmacy2u!!
