I really like Clientjoy. They help me keep leads, sales, invoices, and all the documents that are attached to each lead in order. They are like an online assistant!

I love the ease of use of ClientJoy. I tried several others before deciding, but all the others were hard to set up and maintain and cost so much more. ClientJoy has been a great option for our small company. And the customer service can't be beaten. Anytime I have a question or issue, they're super responsive, walking me through the steps to resolution quickly. The team is also great at listening to suggestions or requests for features. They ask clarifying questions, and when possible, implement quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is that it's still in development. It's continuously being updated and improved upon so I know it's only going to get better.

I love the simplicity and streamline process of lead generation, client management and multipayment Invoicing.

A feature that I didn't expect to fall in love with is the white label client portal where I can store documents, invoices and and even embeds on a seperate tab.

Client Joy is feature rich and they have an active road map and fantastic team to nurture this wonderful CRM.

Truly a game changer for my creative agency and it has been a real joy for me and my clients.

I love the Invoicing feature with client portal where I can store client data for them to login and access their files, invoice and even embeds via the tabs.

Compared to other CRM software I have tested client joy appears to be simple and clean, the features that are truly useful are provided in a streamline UI. I am happy with this app and I believe Client Joy will be a huge success in the years to come.

Such a great all-in-one business / CRM solution! With ClientJoy, I can manage client proposals, contracts, invoices and other documents all from this one app. Great UI experience and dashboard. Was easy to import contacts and get the program up and running with my own branding and cname setup. Highly recommend!

When I tried Clientjoy a couple of years back, it was not that matured. Recently I decided to give it a go with a trial once again. I was pleased with its progress. I bought it instantly, and I am now in the process of transferring my business to Clientjoy.

Here are the key things I liked the most:
1: The dashboard is designed brilliantly, and it is easy to keep an eye on your overall business health.
2: The proposal and invoicing features are reliable.
3: All the client communication is completely customizable.
4: Online payment integration with many providers.
5: It includes a ready-to-use client portal.

The customer service with CJ is simply outstanding. I had a right "grump" on Facebook and the CEO himself (Yash) reached out to me and his team helped me set up my accounts just how I need them with room to grow. I cannot wait to see what ClientJoy brings us in the future but with this level of customer service I can't see them failing!
