I attended Digital Advantage Workshop funded by the European Regional Fund and Coventry University (Scarborough) and Simon Shepherd was our Trainer.

Simon delivered a comprehensive programme looking at all aspects of digital marketing from website/development to social media for SME startups.

I found the course informative and learned many new skills. I had some background knowledge and experience but was unaware of many aspects of how to grow and develop my business and reach customers.

Simon indulged me in a 60 second accelerator pitch to my peers and I was extremely nervous as it was the first time I talked in public about my brand. This proved really useful and has given me so much confidence in my brand. I feel energised to push through and ensure that i take with me all the skills Simon taught me.

A great free resource delivered by a knowledgable Trainer but the jokes might be an acquired taste (ha! sorry Simon!)

Simon's knowledge on digital and social media marketing is fantastic. He has helped adjust some of the smallest things but made areas of our marketing much more effective. He is patient, clear and shows a genuine interest in both your business and seeing it progress.

I had a great one to one session with Simon, focusing on how to grow my online sales. It was really useful just to talk through where I am at, use some online tools to assess my website etc and then think about how to convert my existing online followers to customers and then go on to capture a bigger audience. I've got lots to do, but I have a clear idea of what is required to see results. Thanks!

It has been great working with Simon, both on the Digital Advantage workshops and subsequent 1-1 sessions. Simon has been very good at helping me to see the wood for the trees and in particular he has challenged me in terms of how I view marketing my business/my confidence and has pushed me beyond my comfort zone which I have really appreciated.
