Clifton are detailed and thoughtful in their work, and provide an excellent service. They pay attention to the plumbing issue at hand, but also spot and advise on other points which may be relevant to job.

Sami is a great find, he has been looking after my Boiler for many years, which was problematic before but runs smoothly without fault now.

Sami installed our boiler and has worked on our central heating system, since 2018 and has always done a great job.

I met Sami at the start of 2021 when he came to do a gas safety check and since then Sami and his team have fixed my old boiler multiple times, rerouted internal gas and water pipes (very tricky job), installed a new boiler and gas central heating, rerouted external waste pipes and more..

I can't recommend Sami and his team highly enough. Detailed quotes, great communication, brilliant problem solving, courteous, patient and reliable.

Informative and knowledgable - for a CH system health check and boiler service. Better value and service than British Gas who spend the minimum of time and charge the maximum. These guys are the converse!

Excellent service all round - responsive and friendly people who sent an engineer on the day I called to inspect the problem. Sami arrived in the ETA and inspected numerous areas that needed attention and could be improved. He and a colleague were back the next morning and my plumbing problem was resolved as if the leak never happened and fitted a new kitchen mixer tap that looks and works perfectly.

As a landlord, I need a reliable company that can undertake anything from boiler servicing and certificates to minor repairs on behalf of my tenants. Clifton Property Services have proved to be a reliable, efficient and good value for money company, a rare thing in central London.

Sami did a great job helping to repair my Vaillant boiler - he identified a number of different faults and issues and gave me useful advice on how to cut my bills too. He had also been helpful with advice before his arrival to get the heating working again before he arrived. Great personal service.

Sami and his team completed all the work according to schedule. They left my house clean and in good order and showed the kind of respect that you want when a job involves workers going to every room in your house. I have used Sami for plumbing jobs since 2017 - when he worked for a different company - because he always works professionally to a high standard and charges fair rates for the job. With his new company, Clifton Property Services, the administrative side of the company works even better than before
