I was given good advice after being asked what I was looking to do. Suggestions were made but I was not steered into making my decision. Also, I feel I can get in contact with any queries, big or small.

we get continual updates from clifton


we get continual updates from clifton wealth along with valuations and what is happening with my investments, the charges are reasonable compared with others. we have constant access to our advisor who gives printed updates if required and is always available to talk.

Face to face service good - technology poor.

My adviser is always very good but I couldn’t open My Viewpoint. The program kept me going in circles trying to change my password.

Annual pension portfolio review.

The review was conducted in a very calm and professional environment, and the portfolio up to date and very visual.
Jeremy was very understanding of my personal situation and was open to my comments about how the portfolio had performed, which was very well, and some changes I would like him to investigate for the future .
I also received good advice and information about future pension changes to consider.
Excellent review.
