We had our aircon unit fitted in July and have to say from the very start Climatechangers have been very good the product is brilliant,installation was hassle free and every query we’ve had afterwards has been answered quickly and efficiently highly recommend
From the outset the customer service was efficient, they quickly contacted me for a site visit, follow up call and email to ensure I had selected the right products and proposed installation date.
I just wanted to feedback to the whole team that you have handled the situation really well with the current shortage of air conditioning units and maintained the customer service with good communication despite the supply chain challenges.
As soon as I am ready again to have air conditioning installed I would reach out to your company again.
