We bought a drying solution after decorating as the walls took so long to dry. I used the recommendation from Climate Dry and it worked perfectly. Helped us save a lot of time.

Impossible to return defective dehumidifier online. Apparently I have to email in for a returns address and courier at my own cost! To make matters worse, if they say the unit isn't defective then I'll be charged a "restocking fee"!

Terrible, outdated polices. I'll buy from elsewhere in the future.

Really impressed by the customer service. I rang them with a million questions and wasn’t made to feel stupid at any point. Thank you to the gentleman I spoke to, he knew his stuff and helped me find what would work best for us.

Purchased a dehumidifier to help dry clothes indoors during the winter. It has made such a bigger difference than I expected and my house doesn’t smell damp anymore after drying clothes. Wish I would of done this years ago.

Delivery is days late not next day and the wheel on the air conditioner is smashed in.

The website was really easy to use considering how many different products there are. I’m not very technical at all but their guides made it easy to understand the difference between each unit and made a decision.

I have one of their drying solutions in my garage which I use to store tools and camping gear in. Huge difference. No damp smell and everything keeps dry year-round now.

Needed some units pretty urgently due to a small flood in our office storage room. Climate Dry not only had what I needed but also gave me really great advice. I was talked through what would suit rather than being directed to the most expensive!

We had condensation problems in our spare bedroom. Nothing we did seemed to work until we bought a dehumidifier from Climate Dry. The staff were great and it dried out far quicker than we expected. The room smells fresher and we haven’t had any condensation on the windows since.

Over complicated returns process and they tried to charge a restocking fee, even though the dehumidifier was faulty!

Ordered a cooler for the heatwave. Arrived the next day. Perfect!

Ordered an Aircon last year which for some reason didnt want to work this year, spoke to the sales team and they arranged a collection for a warranty inspection.
3 days later, a replacement new unit arrived which is actually an upgrade with WIFI -WELL HAPPY.

Unit arrived quickly and customer service was very helpful in helping me choose which air con unit was best for my garage!

Can I just say the air con unit that Chris advised about is perfect just what we needed. What great service, really pleased. Top rating for advice and delivery nice and easy would recommend.

I’m really impressed with the service I received. Had some questions before purchase and received some helpful honest answers quickly. Product arrived quickly and has been running ever since. Great job, it’s nice to deal with a company that knows their stuff.

I’ve had problems with condensation and mould for years. Tried lots of things but never got rid of it completely. Saw Climate Dry online and thought I’d give their dehumidifier a go. I’m pleased to say it works as advertised! The on site advice is also really useful for non tech savy people like me.
