Thank you so much for your kind words!

We’re glad you found the information helpful and well presented.

Great question regarding the 200% — it means we balance twice the amount of your calculated carbon footprint. This is done to account for uncertainties in calculations and to ensure a net positive climate impact.

Please feel free to reach out if you’d like us to explain it further! 🙏💚🌍

This review contains serious and false allegations.

We have thoroughly investigated this matter and can confirm that there is no record of any account, interaction, or security incident matching what is described. There has been no hacking event, no data breach, and no situation where “all files” would be affected.

The claims made in this review are factually incorrect and damaging, as they imply criminal conduct. ClimateHero is a legitimate and security-focused climate impact platform, and we take both transparency and data protection very seriously.

We have formally requested a reassessment of this review by Trustpilot due to the nature of these allegations.

If the reviewer believes this concerns a genuine interaction, we ask them to contact us directly at support@climatehero.me
with verifiable details so that we can investigate immediately.

We stand by the integrity and security of our platform.
