Placed the order, received it from China in 3 weeks. Was kept up to date on the order status, all emails were answered within 24 hours. Received everything as promised. Just don’t know what the screw in eye lit hook is for? Cleaning? hanging the block so ot swings/moves while being used?

Excellent service and products.
Was quick to rectify a problem with the order when one of the items didn't arrive.
Ryan and Luke kept me informed throughout.

I was so surprised that I had a personal email from Luke to let me know that my order was received & they were getting it all put together. Then Luke emailed to let me know it was on its way, then to check I had received my package. Along with seeing if I had any questions about the best way to get started & some friendly suggestions to get started. How great to have a business that is about customer care. Thanks for that, glad I can support such a great company.

Great gift.
I was initially worried cos I’d ordered and it took a while to be dispatched but when I emailed I got a response within a few hours.
Order arrived today and is exactly as advertised.
Yes it came from china but it’s still a great quality gift and I’m sure my brother will love it on Christmas Day

My order was delayed, it took 3 weeks. However, it has arrived, and its really good stuff.
I want to add too, that customer services have been so polite and helpful!

I made a mistake and didnt include an email on my order and reached out to the team to ask about the product i ordered. The team were very efficient and reassured me my order would come on time!

The customer service here is incredible! I was buying a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas (the climber mug which I am certain he is going to love, it's so unique!) and the black friday free gifts weren't registering. I reached out to the team, and they got back to me SAME DAY! When it still wasn't working on the website, I ordered the product since I wanted to ensure it would get here in time. They manually added the free gifts without me even asking! Not only is this a very cool shop with amazing products, the people behind the service are phenomenal and so willing to create the best expereince. Thank you so much to the team!

The company’s customer service is unhelpful and quite rude. My email requests were handled with a surprising lack of professionalism or courtesy. I should apparently consider myself an extremely “happy” customer simply because I was able to place an order for a climber’s gift in the first place.

Responses to my emails took several days, and when they finally arrived, they were curt and gave the impression of impatience. Even though the item was still far from the UK, they refused to change the delivery address. This company’s customer service team would clearly benefit from basic training in politeness, communication, and patience.

Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about. I received my order pretty quickly and it’s exactly what I was expecting even with the free gifts. It’s a gift for my husband so I haven’t tried out the boulder block. But my sister in law loved it so much she wanted to order one for her husband too.

Firstly, ignore the bad reviews, these guys were hacked last year and the negative reviews are directed toward the hacker's and their orders not the original guys!

I’ve ordered a bit late for when I needed this and customer service has been awesome with helping me out. Communication has been swift and friendly.

I recently bought the Boulder Block for a friend and since it's going directly to my friend's house, I sent a Contact Us (through their website) right after I received the purchase confirmation email to request that the receipt showing the amount spent not be added to the shipment, so my friend wouldn't see how much it was (lol). Anyway, they got back to me within hours stating my request would be handled without issue- thank you, Ryan at ClimbersGift!! I was honestly kind of shocked that they got back to me so fast, given the chaotic time of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, general holiday craziness, etc. and also grateful for their pleasant and kind attitude.

Accidentally bought twice because the website wasn't registering that I bought it and kept sending me emails that said "finish your order." But customer service was awesome and fixed the issue. We are super excited to receive our product and our son will be so surprised for Christmas at this very unique gift! Thanks!

I bought this game for a gift, i didnt try it yes, but it looks good quality, i hope it will be fun!

I ordered online and promptly received an email alerting me to a high order rate, and the potential for delay. I swiftly responded with when I needed it, and they confirmed that my order would be shipped in time. Kudos for proactive customer support, and setting expectations and being transparent about any potential issues before the arise.
