Had a vey bad experience with Crooke Dental had implant done 3 years ago nothing out problems it had fallen out numerous times causing great embarrassment They offered to replace it but charged for cleaning and would not compansa
re in any form have spent about of money getting implant put back numerous times have receipts yet no compensation. they did not even offer to have pick up from airport in my last trip Mr Crooke refused my calls The whole experience was a disaster thought i was saving money when in fact it cost me a fortune Never again will pay the extra in Ireland for piece of mind

Mi experiencia en esta clínica ha sido muy negativa y, desde luego, no la recomendaría a nadie que espere una atención cuidadosa, personalizada y acorde con lo que cabría esperar de una clínica especializada en estética dental.

Desde el primer día informé de que soy Asperger y de que determinadas situaciones relacionadas con mi salud bucodental y con la estética dental me generan una ansiedad significativa. Por ello esperaba una atención especialmente cuidadosa, una comunicación clara y que mis preocupaciones fueran escuchadas. Sin embargo, en repetidas ocasiones tuve la sensación de que eran tratadas como una molestia más que como una parte legítima de la atención al paciente.

Dejando a un lado las largas esperas, las citas canceladas a última hora y las reiteradas peticiones para adelantar visitas ya programadas, quiero centrarme en la última consulta, que fue la que terminó de quebrar mi confianza en esta clínica.

Ese día la propia clínica me pidió adelantar la cita. Antes de aceptar pregunté expresamente si sería atendida a la hora acordada, precisamente porque ya había sufrido retrasos importantes en ocasiones anteriores. Se me aseguró que sí. Modifiqué mi agenda para adaptarme a las necesidades de la clínica y acudí puntualmente. Aun así, tuve que esperar más de media hora y, una vez dentro, se perdieron alrededor de 40 minutos porque no encontraban una pieza necesaria para continuar el tratamiento.

La sensación final fue la de una consulta marcada por las prisas y por una evidente falta de organización.

Cuando manifesté mi preocupación por el aspecto del provisional que debía llevar durante semanas, la respuesta que recibí fue que no se iba a dedicar más tiempo a mejorarlo porque era una solución temporal. Entiendo perfectamente que un provisional no tiene por qué alcanzar el resultado estético definitivo. Lo que no entiendo es que, en una clínica dedicada a la estética dental, se minimice una preocupación que afecta directamente a la confianza, al bienestar y a la vida diaria del paciente.

Además, tras la colocación de varias carillas quedaron restos de cemento entre los dientes que dificultaban la higiene interdental. Lo comuniqué durante la consulta, pero no se solucionó. Resulta difícil comprender que se insista posteriormente en la importancia de una higiene impecable cuando existen obstáculos que impiden realizarla correctamente.

También me preocupó que el acceso al implante quedara pendiente de sellado hasta una cita posterior. Recibí indicaciones sobre la importancia de extremar la higiene y, al mismo tiempo, mensajes tranquilizadores sobre la ausencia de riesgos. Esta falta de coherencia en la información aumentó mi preocupación y mi sensación de inseguridad.

La situación terminó en una discusión con la doctora responsable de mi tratamiento. En medio de esa conversación le indiqué que acababa de fallecer mi padre —había recibido la noticia mientras esperaba en la clínica— y que no quería continuar discutiendo. Mi decisión fue abandonar la consulta.

Desde ese momento perdí por completo la confianza en la profesional que llevaba mi caso y solicité ser atendida por otro especialista. La respuesta de la clínica fue negarse y limitarse a insistir en que debía continuar con la misma doctora.

Quiero dejar claro que mi experiencia con el doctor Crooke y con otro odontólogo que me atendió en una urgencia fue buena. Precisamente por eso considero que el problema no afecta por igual a todos los profesionales del centro.

Lo que más me ha decepcionado no ha sido un incidente aislado, sino la acumulación de situaciones que reflejan falta de organización, falta de escucha y una preocupante ausencia de sensibilidad hacia las circunstancias personales y las necesidades específicas de algunos pacientes.

Antes de escribir esta reseña trasladé mis quejas directamente a la clínica en varias ocasiones. No obtuve ninguna solución satisfactoria.

Cuando una persona confía su salud, su imagen y una inversión económica importante a una clínica dental, espera algo más que un tratamiento técnico. Espera profesionalidad, empatía, respeto y sentirse escuchada. Esa no ha sido mi experiencia.

Paid 50 euros for a consultation which included an xray, now they are asking for more money to provide me with a copy of my xray. They want 25,000 euros to replace my teeth, absolutely shocking price and they won't send me their complaints procedure unless i go into the clinic and collect. Extremely unhelpful and feel they are being very awkward. I don't recommend unless you have lots of money to spend. I will be escalating my complaint to the Spanish Dental association.

Have had various treatments over the last year and have been very impressed with the professional way all those with whom I have had dealings have behaved. in addition all members of staff have been very friendly and welcoming even to someone who does not have the best command of the language!! I would make special mention of Virginia who looked after the planning of my treatment and the wonderful Dr Soraya who carried out most of the dental work. The boss Dr Eduarda stepped up to the plate when required to do so!! Thanks to all the staff at Malaga branch who made visiting the dentist as pleasant an experience as it can be.

Dr.Felix and Dr Elise have taken time and a lot of effort making my teeth look amazing. Thank you to all the staff who have made this journey happen. Muchas Gracias guys!!!❤️❤️

I decided on recommendation to fly from the uk to Crookes dental for a consultation.Compared to the uk pricing is very good ,and even the flight was little over 2 hours.First day all my gums etc were thoroughly cleaned, properly not a quick clean thoroughly. Next day under sedation all teeth out and implants in .The anesthetist was fabulous. Day 3 I have my temporary teeth, (wich look amazing by the way )day 4 we flew home.The clinc is spotless all staff are very proffesional and all round lovely people.My health over all has improved ten fold. I had awful psorasis when I went to clinic, its now nearly all gone.I didn't even realise the link between teeth/gum disease and over all health. This has been quite life changing for me.I get my permanent teeth next year after my implants have healed .Merry Christmas to all and thank you for everything .

On the 31 March 2025 I was on holidays in Malaga when I developed a problem with a tooth. I had an x-ray and everything was explained to me. When the dentist was just about to commence treatment I became unwell due to dehydration. The way the staff looked after me was brilliant. It could not have been better. They were so patient and caring. Even though I had no treatment on the tooth I offered to pay and they refused. From my experience I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I had a dental treatment today at the clinic and I just want to express my sincere thanks to the amazing team who looked after me. The doctor Yolanda and her assistant Natalie incredibly kind, caring, and professional — they made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure and did a fantastic job. I'm really happy with the result and grateful for the excellent care.

After years of trouble with my upper incisors bridge I made an appointment with Crooke Laguna Malaga. The whole process was well-managed and transparent from start to finish by patient coordinator Virginia. After a detailed diagnosis to determine the best option for me (2 x implants) by Dr Eduardo, I was given a quote which I found to be reasonable. The first appointment to extract two teeth and place the implants was fast and painless. The provisional bridge I was given was high quality (and actually better than my old permanent bridge). After three months of complication-free healing, I had a second and third appointment with Dr Pilar to measure and fit the permanent abutments. She is very skilled and extremely attentive to detail, as well as being professional and caring. Thanks also to Enric and Andrea who assisted at the procedures. And to the dental lab technician who did a great job but whose name I forget.
Would 100% recommend this clinic for implants.

We are from Brighton in England and my wife discovered Crooke Laguna on the Internet as she was researching dentists in the Malaga area due to me needing a dental procedure.
From the outset the service from Crooke Laguna was exemplary. All communications were instantaneous. On arrival in Malaga the surgery was very easy to locate and over the course of the next 7 days I had 3 appointments where everything was explained in great detail and the service provided was extremely professional.
All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice

Buenas tardes. Sinceramente, considero una obligación por mi parte, divulgar mi experiencia como cliente de la Clínica Dental Crooke & Laguna de Málaga, Paseo de la Farola 1.

El servicio que me han realizado es el de "Boca entera nueva, vía urgente", es decir, lunes 22 Abril del presente, en sesión de quirófano con sedación parcial, extracción de todas las piezas dentales, y colocación de 10 implantes.

Y el miércoles 24 de Abril (no pude el martes 23 por mi agenda), me colocaron la dentadura completa provisional.

Dentro de 3 meses me colocan la definitiva.

Lo que quiero resaltar especialmente, es que no he sentido ninguna molestia, ni dolor alguno, desde las 15h del lunes 22 de Abril, que salí de la Clínica, hasta el día de hoy, que llevo 24 horas con la dentadura provisional completa puesta, y que por cierto todo el mundo piensa que es la definitiva, de lo bien hecha que está.

Sin medicación especial para el dolor. Ibuprofeno 600, que he tomado, creo que 5 en total en 3 dias, por si acaso, no por dolor o molestia.

Jamás pude imaginar que esto fuera posible. No estoy ni exagerando, ni de broma, ni nada parecido. Es tal cual.

Got implant with Crooke Dental Marbella it has fallen out so many times it has cost me a fortune and embrassement and constant anxiety.

They were caring, kind and efficient. The technology and the staff are amazing and kind people. 100% recommend these I’m so happy with my new teeth. Were not pushy and would always recommend and advice what would be best for you not tell you what to do.

I travelled to Malaga from the UK, after email correspondence with Virginia at Crooke & Laguna. I chose Crooke & Laguna because I was so impressed with the help and information I received from Virginia. Nothing was to much trouble, Virginia answered every question I raised and helped me over come my nerves.
The clinic is immaculate, with their high-tech dentistry rooms, and a well equipped laboratory to deal with every need.
I had 5 Implants with Zirconia Crowns, a Crown which every UK dentist I'd seen said would have to be removed but Dr Felix saved it.
Dr Eduardo did a fabulous job with all the Implants, he was so very kind and professional.
I had the work carried out over a period allowing for the healing process between procedures.
Both my husband and myself would never go anywhere else to have any dental treatment.
We also now have our teeth cleaned at the Malaga clinic, making a visit to Malaga each year, and they do a fantastic job.
I highly recommend Dr Eduardo, Dr Felix, Virginia and all the Team at Malaga. They are all amazing and I can't thank them enough.
If you want a professional job done then go to Crooke & Laguna, they are the professionals.

From my first contact with Virginia until work finished it has been excellent. I didn’t have enough bone for implants so had the surgery to make bone and from start to finish the whole team have been fantastic. I can’t recommend them highly enough. A totally pleasant experience with a highly professional team. A great big thank you to Dr Eduardo, Dr Felix, Virginia and all the team.

La mejor clínica que conozco con diferencia, me he echo una operación de la parte superior completa con implante de hueso y ni siquiera se me ha inchádo la cara ni dolor, me da mucha tranquilidad, por que veo que hay muy buena profesionalidad y además son tod@s súper agradables, la verdad es que se siente uno como en casa.
