My experience with clinic 24 they’re not too bad when you call you respond they don’t have more hours for jobs

Mashalaine Pretorius is ethical backbone of clinical24, one man stands and she doesn't take short cuts.Mashalaine is big in communication,reliability and organisation.
Mashalaine keeps everyone on the loop, listen b4 deciding,gives feedback constructively on your performance,and she is clear and not vague when giving instructions and explains everything in a simple and plan language.
Mashalaine is highly organised, plan ahead,calm and very respectful 🙏 to everyone regardless of your age. Mashalaine is very consistent reliable punctual and last but not list follow ups and feedback, she would make it a point to call you before weekend and wish you a happy shift or blessing weekend ahead. With this kind of leadership we go far as family of clinical24.

I have been with clinical 24 going 4years. Doing lots of courses on hseland,care learners,And I have worked in every field from Nursing Homes,mental home,community hospitals, disability,childcare, general hospital,primary health centres etc. Clinical 24 have been helpful to me on the field by supporting me with informations like now we have Channing Edwin,Anytime I have challenges with timesheets or if I want to take sometime to run some of my private matters he always cares and his follow ups are top-notch. He will always give feedbacks.

Channing has been a wonderful agent. Honestly, the whole team of Clinical 24 has been very helpful and supportive all throughout. Channing communicates very well and has guided me through every process. He offers reassurance and is there to answer any queries.

Channing has been great in organising the rota, he is friendly and supportive which is really helpful when working in such a challenging environment.

Working with Clinical24 has been a great experience. The company is very supportive and always attentive to their staff. The office team is extremely helpful and provides excellent support whenever needed. Channing is also always available, approachable, and willing to help, which makes a big difference in the day-to-day work environment. Overall, it’s a professional and caring company to work for.

Kauthar Bartlett is my favorite staff. Very articulate and polite she is a good listener and provides exceptional service. Despite being on phone with her I perceive her smile and cheerful mood always. Her dedication to her work with the way she renders service to all her clients is top notch
