Terrible company

Terrible company. When I needed urgent help, they completely abandoned me. I had a medical emergency, but suddenly my insurance ‘wasn’t valid’ – despite being assured it was. I was left alone with a serious complication, no support, and huge unexpected costs. Save yourself the stress, money, and risk – this company will happily disappear the moment you actually need them. The consequences were awful, and I still have issues doe to it.

If looking to use for surgery abroad AVOID

Oh what an awful company. A girl on the phone telling me they don't deal with plastic surgery even tho that's the policy I took out from clinic hunter. I had a medical emergency. Suspected hematoma and clinic hunter wouldn't pay for anything. If anyone is looking to use this company for surgery abroad honestly keep ur money !!! I know a girl and same thing happend to her under a different circumstance which they should have paid out for

Dear Nicole, we need to make a clear statement at the beginning. Our insurance covers each person having a planned plastic surgery abroad. It can be any plastic surgery - we do not even ask about this detail in our form. Regarding your case, we will ask a dedicated team to analyze it, but we are sure that the reason for the rejected claim was different from what you wrote here.

Our insurance was created for medical tourists - people going abroad for the planned treatment. We have no restrictions regarding the type of the treatment. The claim may be rejected when the 'emergency' is the result of the planned treatment / is a complication after performed treatment. We cover medical conditions, emergencies, accidents that do not result from the planned treatment.

As a final thought, we address and face every opinion because our company, as well as AXA Partners, act according to the internal regulations and directives and according to the Polish law. We try to do everything for the clients' benefit and satisfaction.

Our legal department will analyze any comment written with the purpose of slandering our company and inconsistent with the facts.

I recommend it! 🙂 A very good offer for medical travel insurance. If I ever go abroad for a procedure, I will definitely take advantage of their services

Excellent Dental Practice

The team are very helpful, friendly and above all the surgery is spotless. They also helped me with my hotel booking when I arrived. I cannot find any fault with Dental Travel Poland. I travelled from Ireland and will definately be back for more work next year. Would highly recommend.
