bought 3 months worth, used every day nor results. Wouldn't waste your time or money

I wish I have read the reviews here first to see what a scam it is! The pen is hardly full and won’t last you even long enough to see the results

Terrible company to deal with, bought two fungal nail pens which were called a different name to the advertised ones. I saw no improvement at all during the treatment. I decided to claim my money back via their guarantee but then find out that I should have been keeping a photo record of my nail to compare.
Basically the company is a sham with a useless product and a dodgy sales campaign.
Avoid at all costs.

Accepted a promotion of "buy 3 pens and get 3 free".
There were only three quantities that could be ticked and paid for - 1, 2 or 3. I ticked three and expected that the promotional 3 would be added to my delivery.
I emailed the company 20 minutes later, to confirm this. After many emails/days was told that they recognised the flaw in their advertising, but could do nothing about it because my original order had been despatched.
Additionally. I thought I was buying Orivelle pens - only to find on delivery the pens are labelled 'lunavia'.
Not a good experience which leaves me feeling this is a shonky company. Definately didn't receive what was expected.

Easy soft phone app to use. AMAZING customer support replying within minutes when you have an issue and send them an email. Highly recommended!
