Diabolical website. Impossible to use. Pages don't load. Can't login. Really hard to navigate. Nothing works!

I paid for yearly plan 107.00. I canceled. They sent notification of the cancelation. It's been 4 weeks and no refund! If they don't respond, I will write to the appropriate officials! SCAMMING IS NOT NICE!

No way to cancel a membership. I have been billed for 6 months straight and it says that I have only a free account. there is no option to cancel as the website says that I have a free account yet money keeps coming out every month. Would not recommend. The software isnt actually that impressive either. I would rate this a hard pass

Good customer service

I signed up because it said get your first videos for free, done it, didn’t let me do anything with the videos unless I paid £50 a month… why false advertise like that? Now your gonna have a law suit on your hands you bummy nerds run you over if I ever saw you mums

Been using is for a few weeks now and it quickly generates highly usable clips for my channels and posts to 6-7 socials all at once

It's saving me a huge amount of time. Thanks for an awesome piece of software!

On the 3days of waiting for a response while they have stated they respond with 1 business day in the auto mail/message, I'm having trouble with mismatched audio and there is no way to select or even replace the whole clips. I've tried to start from scratch and it's still not selecting the audio right. While on the preview it plays everything fine, trash Editing on this site. **DO NOT RECOMMEND TO INVEST**

Overall did not like the tool. Will not be renewing. Found the clips poorly selected. The funny, entertaining or engaging clips were almost always missed. We can't add background music nor speed up playback when downloading.

I had what amounts to the absolute worst experience with a digital product since I got my hands around a computer.

First of all, the app does not deliver on its promise to produce 'viral' clips. The algorithm is hectic and there's very little AI there aside from the GPT4 API they have summering your content.

Second issue, it's absolutely a nightmare to work with, it constantly crashes and you will lose whichever progress you made along the way at the editor.

Third issue, the crown jewel of my experience, was their rude and flat out disrespectful customer service. They will actually not respond to you if you requested a refund, yes x they will just ignore you

In conclusion, this is a scammy product in every sense of the word. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back through a chargeback claim. If you went through the same ordeal as me, remember that they will be slapped with $500 fine for each chargeback you file through your bank.

unfortunately i paid for 1 year membership only to find the tools are not good enough for me. I've asked for refund and awaiting for their response. Will update feedback if i can update from them

very porr customer service

Customer service took over 5 days for a repsonse, service stopped working providing duplicate clips sometimes taking the credits and not actualy even giving anything. trying for a refund

Literally the worst customer service!!!!!!

You cannot contact anybody, ever!
Messaged on facebook, no response.
No option to use chat at all when you are on their website.
Emails take 7 days to get a response to.
Fine if it's a free service, but i have paid a monthly fee!

The software is good, but soooo glitchy.
Regularly it downloads the files with an error and you have to download them again.
You edit your clip and it's fine, but it wont download the edit its still the original file.
And the website regularly goes to a black screen and you have to refresh it.

They’ve taken money for like 6 months even though I cancelled it multiple times, I had to phone my bank to get a refund and the bank cancelled it but they still have access for some reason and are taking money and one stage they were taking money twice a month. Honestly, they are so sneaky you will never be able to cancel it

I signed up for the free trial and didn’t find the application helpful. All it does is add captions. It provides very little value. I tried to delete my account but cannot. Customer service is no help. Avoid this app, it’s a waste of time and a hassle to delete.

This was false because to this date I can not speak to anyone. I tried the product and ended up buying it and it is not ready for sale to the public.

I tried the app, I liked is and then ended up purchasing it for a year $117 I believe.

I was given 60 minutes, I had downloaded a 30 second clip and I have 40 minutes left.

The functions are poor, editing was the most frustrating thing ever. I can only edit on a laptop, it was an absolute nightmare. These people should not be taking money for this app. it is far from that stage and should be testing it is far from a good experience.

They are breaking GDPR rules finding people and messaging thembunder false pretences i.e. collaboration and a fund.

Let me see how I get on with a refund.

I decided to test the tool. it was said that it is free trial. I registered and the payment passed through. I tested that tool and I am not happy about it. It is limited and I canceled my subscription and I haven't downloaded the video - I am not happy.
I they are not giving my money back.
And I wrote them and the only answer I got was this;
"We understand your request but as soon as credit has been processed, we cannot proceed with any refund at the moment. We've been dedicatedly upgrading our AI model every week so we suggest try uploading some new videos."
not happy at all.
Don't test this tool because free trial doesn't exist.
