IF YOU BUY WITH CLIXLO you will HAVE TO PAY a $97/month fee with GHL....

I am not sure of what that all includes but I will do some digging and then get back.

**clixlo itself is solid b/c it is a white label of GHL but GHL prices are not it lol thats why most of us went with Clixlo.

THEFT SCAM!! DO NOT BUY! No access to product & No Refunds!

I purchased the lifetime subscription on 9/5/2024 and as of today 10/4, I am STILL waiting for my initial login information to even begin to create an account!

This is a very common problem with this company. Something I wish I had known before placing my order and paying in full. Clixlo takes your money but never gives you anything for it. Then when you try to dispute the transaction, they say they don’t allow any refunds and you agreed to that policy when you placed your order.
However, in their refund policy, it states this
 ‘All sales of discounted offers, subscription plans, lifetime plans, and products DELIVERED (keyword) in electronic (digital) format are final. No refunds will be issued for these purchases under any circumstances. This policy applies to all digital products and services offered by Clixlo. By purchasing any digital product or service from Clixlo, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.’ The policy doesn’t apply when the company never delivers the product so I want my money back!

The company’s terms and conditions list our responsibility to ensure ethical business practices regarding refunds to our customers but yet they must believe they are above that obligation! According to state and federal regulations, Clixlo is just as responsible and obligated to uphold ethical business practices as any other company, regardless if the product is delivered electronically or the customer agrees to the no refund policy. The reason is because at the time the customer agreed to the policy, they expected TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. So in terms of legality, once the company failed to deliver or grant access to the product, it voided the agreed refund policy. We knew we would be out the money if we didn’t like the product but we NEVER expected to be out the money AND never get the product. I want my money back!

If the company can’t make things right then it’s up to the customers and since what happened to me seems to be an ongoing issue, then a class action lawsuit against them will force them to. The fact is, NO BUSINESS ever gets away with falsified advertisements and scams of taking money from customers and never fulfilling/delivering said product. They are stealing our money by refusing to grant refunds for products never received! Unfortunately, we have regulations to protect against companies like this! Even Trustpilot has a warning right now regarding this company because they are falsifying either their ratings or reviews, or both!
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I guarantee you will be hearing about this company on the news soon for their fraudulent advertising and theft scam (keeping the money from numerous new customers but never delivering the logins to access the product they ordered, and then refusing refunds)!

***If you too are a victim of this Clixlo purchase scam, please contact their state officials to report it. The company is registered in Wyoming. Show Clixlo that their ‘no refund policy’ doesn’t apply when the product was never received and that includes LOGIN INFORMATION to initially access the product!! JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! Clixlo, either refund our money or face the consequences!

I purchased a lifetime license for Clixlo nearly two years ago for $500, with the promise of access to all the platform's features, including free emails, SMS, and more. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I ran two webinars this year, spending a considerable amount on ads, only to realize that all my email automations failed to go through. The same issue occurred during my second webinar. After some investigation, I discovered that my email sending had been disconnected—without any notice from Clixlo. I reached out to their support team, but it took several days for them to fix this. I initially thought the issue was with my domain, but it turned out that Clixlo had disconnected my services.

Now, they’ve disconnected my SMS service with Twilio, and I can no longer send any emails. On top of that, they disabled the customer support chat feature, leaving me with no way to resolve these issues promptly. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support, but have received no response. At this point, I have a platform that is completely useless and non-functional.

The final blow came when I discovered that Clixlo had sneakily enabled a feature to charge my account for each email sent. Since I hadn’t provided my card details, they couldn't process the charges, so they disabled almost every function except for the funnel builder.

This behaviour is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of integrity. I am extremely disappointed and believe this company should be reported for their poor service and underhanded practices. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Clixlo at all costs.

I paid for the lifetime subcription and


I paid for the lifetime subcription and add on's but they never provide login access and when I requested a refund they refused to process. I was stuck with the bill since they disputed although I have yet to get the subscription I paid for already. I've emailed multiple times and they do not assist or even try to resolve the matter.

WARNING!!

WARNING!!
They will steal your credit card details and charge you without your consent and there is nothing you can do about it. You will have to cancel your credit card that is the only way to get around it. I have been trying to get in contact with them for months. They are more than happy to reply to you when you are setting up your payment for any extra features but as soon as you want to cancel they will stop replying, I am being charged $40 US dollars a month for features I am not using. STAY AWAY!

0 customer support. we are stuck. do not use their service

I signed up using the LIFETIME access. 4 weeks ago they send me an email telling me that I have to pay $97 a month if I want to continue with them. They paused my account so I have choice. I moved to the $97 a month model and yet I get no customer service replies. I can't send emails because it gave me the error "insufficient fund" even though we purchased unlimited emails. We got emails we need to send out but we can't. It's really affecting our business.
Do not sign up for this service. They are white label of GoHighLevel. It was great for the first few months. Now there is 0 support. I sent 6 emails for the issue and no response. You are better off with GoHighLevel.

No he recibido una atención adecuada, y el proceso en Clixlo me parece engañoso. A pesar de haber realizado el pago, sigo sin acceso. He solicitado soporte varias veces, pero lo único que he recibido es un mensaje automático, y la supuesta atención en 24 horas nunca ocurre.

Siento que es un engaño y que solo buscan estafar a los usuarios. Soy parte de ese grupo que pagó esperando recibir las credenciales de acceso a la plataforma al correo utilizado para la compra, pero eso nunca sucedió.

AVOID AT ALL COST - BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Avoid at all cost, this company is pure scam, i signed up for the so called liftetime membership for $97 and another upsell for $77 and all i got so far is a thank you page confirming the purchase and a statment saying that i will receive the login details. So far i have received no login details even after emailing both their admin and support emails. I pretty much knew there were a scam and the offer was too good to be true but i thougt i try out .. and after viewing their truspilot reveiws here and seen all the bunch of ther negative reveiws i filed a chargeback request through my credit card issuer to get my money back.

Dont bother signing up with them as no one will reply with login details or even support after you get one. Save you self some time and money and go signup with GHL instead.

Several Points
1. I bought lifetime plan and really happy with it then they turned everything off on me and said I need to pay a subscription, so I did since everything was setup and working. Got $97 unlimited plan
2. after a few weeks email and SMS stopped working no customer server to get it working again. Tried for 3-4 days

I decided to go Direct to GHL with a agency account without any customer service I can transfer my account. I can only think that the business model is not sustainable long term. I just wish they talked this through so I don't have to go through the pain of setting everything up again.

The price was right, but there is zero service.

The price was right, however, customer support is nil. So whenever something goes wrong, you, as a customer, are screwed.
I added $20 to my balance to be able to message. However, my account does not let me send messages via my autoresponder since it, in error, says that I have zero balance.
I reached out to support@clixlo but I only get crickets.
No matter how affordable a solution is, if the service sucks, it's just not worth it.

The CRM is good... when working. Numerous time Emails and texts stop working and there is 0 customer support. It's been a week and still no messaging or emails available. No response to any enquiries or online support - others are exactly the same.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! When I read the reviews I thought, they can't be that bad, I like the look of the product. Well how wrong can I be. They are currently operating Corporate Theft. They took my payment of $97 for life time access and 10 days on I still cannot access the system 10 days later. As for support no one is responding either to give log in details or to process my request for a refund. Therefore they are taking money under false pretences. Taking money without providing the service is theft. I need to find somewhere in the States to report this Company - bunch of thieves.

Avoid Clixlo – Unreliable and Poor Customer Support

I signed up for Clixlo's lifetime plan, which came with some paid add-ons like text messaging integration—fair enough, I knew there’d be extra costs for certain features. We used the text messaging feature to connect with our customers, and it worked fine for a while... until it didn’t. Suddenly, we could receive messages but not send them.

I contacted their support team (which is email-only, by the way) and at first, got an auto-response from a dumb bot. After some back and forth, a person finally helped fix the issue, but it didn’t last long. Less than a week later, we were back to square one—no messages going out.

Then, Clixlo’s solution? They tried to upsell me to a $99/month all-inclusive plan. Seriously? We don’t send that many messages and were perfectly happy paying per message, so we declined. After that, it worked for a while, but then it stopped again, and this time it’s been weeks with no response from support. Not even the useless bot replies anymore.

At this point, Clixlo took our money and shut the door in our faces. There’s no support, no way to get help, and absolutely no way to fix the issue on your own. It’s like they’ve vanished.

Yes, the platform itself is great, but what’s the point when you can’t rely on the people behind it? Clixlo is a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and stay far away!

TRUST ME...STAY AWAY from this business!

Everything was fine with this company from when I started with them in April 2024 until August 26th. That was my first encounter with ZERO support. Although others have spoken about their Lifetime Deal (LTD), I also had the LTD but decided to pay the $97 per month to gain other services and what they termed as "Priority Support". This was three days after I was charged the $97 (they had no problem taking the money).

I was having an issue with my A2P 10DLC approval and I asked them to look into it (remember "Priority Support"). As of today, September 20th, I have not heard ANYTHING on that support request now in 34 days.

I then had a different issue beginning on September 13th. My phone number now stated there was no enough funds to make a phone call. I had over $89 in my "wallet" and phone calls cost less than one-cent per minute. It wouldn't even let me dial out. I have since found out that they have disconnected EVERYONE'S phone accounts. This is a business phone line I'm talking about. I created a new support ticket and as of today, seven days later, I have heard NOTHING regarding that support ticket either (remember "Priority Support".

Here is from their email to me before I paid the $97:
"Switching to the Unlimited Plan means significant savings, predictable billing, and access to priority human support—no more surprises! "

"The Unlimited Plan gives you access to everything you need, including our dedicated support team, who are ready to assist you whenever you need help."

Please note the dual references to "support" in two subsequent paragraphs, "...access to priority human support—no more surprises!" and "...access to everything you need, including our dedicated support team, who are ready to assist you whenever you need help."

One last addition: They have deleted ALL their membership groups (there were quite a few) and deleted their support chatbot in addition to everything I have experienced above. There is NO WAY, except here, to try to get them or anyone to listen.

"Human support, no more surprises?" Don't think so!
"Dedicated support team, who are ready to assist you whenever you need help?" Try again, Not hardly!

The movement of all my business information will be a monumental task. Trust me...run far, far away!
