Always reliable. Person-to-person service, not person-to-bot.They deliver as promised, printed products that please the eye.staff have a can do attitude. They pack your books very carefully for transit. They do not simply ignore you once you have paid. Their prices are fair. If you have an inquiry, they respond promptly.

This is the 4th time I've used this company and found on each occasion that the quality, value for money, and customer service are excellent! Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service from Dave and the team. Genuinely the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I almost never write reviews but felt compelled to because of how brilliant Dave and his team were. Alongside this personal care and attention, the quality of printing was superb and the book was delivered ahead of schedule (with regular updates from Dave who helped keep an eye on tracking as the order was for a special occasion). Cloc were recommended to me by an experienced publisher and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs quality and affordable print services, underpinned by the very best customer service and lovely, personable staff.

Great customer service. Came across CLOC by chance via a Google search - and very pleased I did!! Many thanks to Dave & the CLOC team - for help & advice when I needed it. Cloc have been amazing. I was attempting to self publish my first book and was sent their way by a friend. The experience from start to finish has been amazing. They answered questions I had prior to the order about build quality of the novel, then speedily printed and delivered a proof, before accepting and confirming the main order which was delivered in a timely manner, well packaged and with FedEx! Incredible service, lovely people to engage with, will use again and recommend to others!

Cloc have been absolutely amazing. They've made the process so straight forward for us and advised us on details we were unsure about due to our own inexperience. I have considered shifting to a international company for cheaper printing but the customer support and quality from these guys has been so amazing we will be using them for many more prints to come!

I have used Cloc Book Prints a few times now and they are always great. During my last printing they were very accommodating when I forgot something as vital as a cover image. I would highly recommend them as they make great stuff, are very friendly and super fast.

We use the team at C L Paper because they give a consistently great customer experience, and produce great quality prints for us. The team are super responsive and help us with all the many queries we have. Will definitely be using the team again in future.
