Have purchased multiple items from the shop , every time the tracking and updates are on point . Once there was a warranty issue that was handled super nicely and quickly , considering the time zone difference and everything - super impressed. 👍🏼
I had a ring that I was interested in, but the size was sold out. I was in a waiting list, but didn’t get any notification about it so I decided to send an email to ask about it, once again super fast and polite answer . Costumer service is absolutely top tier I must say! ☺️♥️

I bought the wrong size for a ring by mistake and sent an email to ask if i could get another one the right size, they answered right away (it was 1am btw) and refunded my order with in 2 hours receiving my email.
Excellent service again!

I first discovered C&C's jewelry when I bought "Straight Shooter" from a private sale.
I was impressed by the details and quality of that ring.
I just recieved "Bad Omen" today and I am equally impressed with the detail and the fusion of brass and sterling silver.
I also had the opportunity to deal with Aimee, Richard and a Supervisor on a courier matter. Customer Service at C&C is just as good as their products - top shelf.

Wonderful customer service, particularly in their promptness and overall follow-up. Absolutely LOVE what this company is doing with recycled materials and some bold design work.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality and consistency of their pieces. I added Julius’ son to my collection today, and I eagerly anticipate having it.

I was looking for my first chain and I wanted something stylish, strong, lasting, and beautiful. After hours of searching, I finally happened upon Clocks and Colours. My 5mm Mariner Chain (20 inches) is everything I wanted and more. I love, love, love the weight and quality.

I ordered several items from Clocks and Colours in late November, which was never delivered due to customs paperwork issues. Fedex requested additional information from Clocks and Colours multiple times and despite reassurances from Clocks and Colours customer services that it had been dealt with it was eventually returned to sender in early January.

Clocks and Colours have refused a refund until the delivery was returned to them (not something that I control) and provided no progress updates in 2.5 months. When asked for an update they are still claiming the parcel has not been returned to them and are still refusing a refund.

The customer service I’ve received has been awful, slow replies to emails, no attempt to expedite the situation and just sticking to a script like a broken record for a situation that is their fault that they are refusing to issue a refund for.

Smooth transactions, amazing pieces. I ordered another but realized I selected the wrong size. Customer Service was fast in getting the order cancelled and uonfront that the refund may take uo to 10 business days. No big deal, as it was my error and I'm familiar with how internet refunds work. Solid products and quick service.

Had a bracelet that I bought a year ago and one of the basalt stones fell out, the I contacted the customer service after more than six months, because I always forgot and being busy with other stuff.
But it wasn’t a problem, the response was quick and I received instructions, send it back to get a brand new piece

I purchased an item at 670 dollars. Returned for another item that was lesser in price. Returned the second item also. Was not refunded my original purchase price even though I followed their return policy exactly.

Hab die Ketten North Star x Brass Inlay für 310 € sowie die Snake Bones für 270 € gekauft. In der Beschreibung wird mit Sterling Silber und Edelstahl geworben. Aber nach einem knappen halben Jahr, wenn überhaupt, sind nun beide Ketten sowie der Anhänger komplett schwarz, also praktisch korrodiert. Hab die ketten nicht einmal getragen, und wollte die für besondere Anlässe aufbewahren. Für soviel Geld geht man von aus, dass man auch was wirklich vernünftiges bekommt. Ist bei dem Shop anscheinend ein Fremdwort. Also für mich ist das eine blanke und bodenlose Lüge. Würde mich nicht wundern wenn die guten Rezensionen von dem Shop gekauft sind. Marketing ist nämlich viel Wert in der heutigen Zeit. Wenn man hier Bilder zusätzlich einschicken könnte, würde ich es tun, damit jeder sieht was man für sein Geld bekommt. Ist ein echter Witz. Würde jedem empfehlen einen großen Bogen um diesen Onlineshop zu machen und lasst euch nicht blenden von der schicken Seite und den schicken Bildern des Shops, so wie ich es getan habe. Lernt aus meinem Fehler und geht lieber zu einem echten Juwelier in euren Umkreis. Da bekommt ihr wohl eher was für euer Geld. Vor allem in der Höhe ist es einfach ein NoGo und ein Warnsignal für jeden der das hier lesen sollte. Normal sind beide ketten zusammen wohl nur 20 Euro wert, wenn überhaupt. Aber keine Spur von Sterling Silber oder Edelstahl. Hab andere ketten in dem Format die ich Tag täglich trage und die werden nicht schwarz oder korrodieren. 580 € einfach aus dem Fenster geworfen. Danke für nix, Betrügerbande. Nicht mal einen Stern würdig hier.

I’ve purchased over a dozen jewelry pieces from C&C. Always happy with my purchases. On top of that, the customer service is top shelf. They processed my warranty claim within hours. Deal with this company with full confidence. I’ll be a lifelong customer

I have already bought around 6 or 7 different products from the company, the quality of the crafmanship is great ,nevertheless in my case almost half of this items broke after 1 or 2 years, but but, the company always responded either as a full refund or they would help me out by sending a replacement, The costumer service has always answered and help me will all my doubts and questions. If they improve a bit more the quality they would cover all points :D

I have little experience with them; just ordered a nice ring and they lost the product on USPS… from 11 days I didn’t get the product and no proper communication and customer service… I don’t think they know how to handle any claim or complaints
