sent me wrong size and terrible quality I tried to contact customer service multiple times for a refund with no response absolutely terrible

I placed 2 orders for phone cases. Part of 1 order arrived and I have not received the 2nd order. Tried to make contact with the shop - received an automatic reply from Simon advising I would hear within 24-48 hours and a week later, have nothing further. I would warn anyone considering purchasing from this store to think twice about it

Fake watch...don't buy from this store...

Terrible quality and doesn’t look like what it did on the TikTok advert. Definitely not worth more than $5.

ordered on the 27th June, received confirmation of order. emailed for tracking on 2nd July, Simon automated response said expect reply 1-2 business days, no reply at all.
emailed again, 9th July same thing no response, emailed again, 14th July same thing no response.
16th July submitted a dispute with my bank to recover the funds.

DO NOT buy from here. I ordered a phone case with them on 2nd Jan. on the 5th Jan they emailed to say my order was on its way. I never received it. I have emailed twice and submitted a form online for someone to get in contact with me which comes with an automated response “someone will get back to you within 48hours”- I emailed last week and no one has gotten back to me. I have now had to put the transaction through as a dispute in my banking app.

For the $40 I paid ($35 for the product and $5 for shipping), I would have expected the quality to be good, and at the very least somewhat decent. However, it arrived, with the back of the case not even glued on. It has no protection but, in my opinion, a flimsy piece of plastic.

I ordered a phone case on the 23rd of October. Only after I emailed them (in the middle of September) did they process my order. It arrived on the 11th of November. Keep in mind, their website says a “14-day guarentee”.

I believe that it does not look nearly as good as they made it seem on their website, as they put a filter over the image.

If I were you, I would reconsider purchasing from here.

Placed an order on 6th sept had no communication at all on 16th sept emailed and asked for an update, then again on 17th & 18th but not responding to any communication

There was a problem with the provided account, but the service made a refund without any problems.

Nice to work with these people, they sometimes have delays, but the delays are resolved fast
