I've been using CloudCall for over 4 years. I give it high marks for integration with our CRM system. The Voicemail Drop and autodialer and great tools for sales and recruitment. I also love the functionality of CloudCallGO - the mobile ap. Connectivity is typically very good, though not flawless. However, whenever the issues have come up, they are very quick to respond. Typically I can just give them access and sit back to watch the changes happen in real time that correct the problem.
I'd recommend CloudCall as an excellent tool.

Excellent telephone service I use Cloud call everyday and very rarely have any problems. Simple to use and set up. Their customer service support is very good and any issues are resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Cloud Call Communicator to any companies who are calling clients on a CRM system.

CloudCall is a great piece of software!
CloudCall is a great piece of software that covers all your needs. It integrates with my companies CRM so smoothly and the support is top tier - David Popple is a star and him and the support team are always providing swift support on any queries or requests we throw their way (a lot). As an IT professional I find CloudCall to be very intuitive from a support perspective, and their portal is easy to use.
The software itself not only looks great from a UX standpoint but functions great and is quite reliable.
Good overall
On the whole, our CloudCall system works well. We sometimes have technical hiccups and the helpdesk can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. They can go from responding immediately to responding 12 days later on different issues. Our account manager is really good and always tries to find solutions as quickly as possible that we will be happy with. Communication regarding updates could be better.

I am new to CloudCall and was initially unsure about the support options available. Fortunately, they offer a dedicated support line. When I encountered a problem after switching to a new computer, my CloudCall app wasn't functioning correctly. Despite following their comprehensive guides, I couldn't pinpoint the issue. So, I submitted a support ticket. Impressively, within 24 hours, I arranged a remote session with one of their experts. Harry P. and his team were tremendously helpful, providing clear guidance to swiftly resolve my problem. While I hope to avoid future issues, it's reassuring to know that expert assistance is just a ticket away.
