The Pandora Team took the time to assist us in identifying a particular song that was popular to people in our office. Even though it was not a priority request for assistance, it was handled in a thorough manner. Thank you.

Initial call

Initial call, I was able to talk with a tech, but he couldn't resolve the issue. I did some troubleshooting on my own, then tried to call again. No answer other than voicemail twice.
