Fraud

Fraud, I ordered an VM with residential IP, the only way to pay is through crypto, now money is gone, service not provided, I opened two tickets with support and 2 weeks later they unanswered.

Scam Alert!

I had a terrible experience with Cloudfitters.com. I sent cryptocurrency for their services, but they did not provide access to a server as promised. I believe this site is a scam and urge others to stay away.

Scam Hosting Company, Avoid at All Costs

Cloudfitters (cloudandmetal) is a complete scam. After prepaying for hosting, their servers went offline for months, leaving us with no service and no communication. Customer service is nonexistent—they don’t reply to emails or answer phone calls.

When I finally issued a chargeback to recover my funds, the owner (a convicted felon, as I later discovered) responded by threatening me with physical violence. This company is a nightmare to deal with, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. They have since rebranded as cloudandmetal.

Absolutely scam

I do not recommend contacting this company, they are scammers. I bought dedicated ISP server with the AT&T connectivity for 893 $ and get nothing. At first I was answered on the website chat, but still the support was far from the best. I agreed that I would announce my IP addresses on their server and in AT&T network, I even bought a subnet specifically for this purpose. In the end, the first time the server was offline, then on appealing to the tickets (no one reads them, they ignore all tickets), and then writing to the chat I was given a server. The subnet was indeed announced by AT&T, but after a few days the server went offline and the subnet stopped being announced. Since May 14 the server is down, luckily I didn't have time to move clients there, so I only lost my $893 that was stolen by Cloudfitters. No one is answering in chat now, they didn't answer in tickets before, Skype has been completely silent since the 14th of May, i.e. since the server was shut down.

If anything the CEO of this company is Mo Kabre and the full name of this company is ACC-CLOUDFITTERS LLC. Beware of deal with him.
