Realised from their review that most of their items got returned but I decided to give it an only to receive a very poor experience.
Won’t recommend

I usually buy these peppa pig dummies from Home bargains but they've been out of stock for weeks,Came across this company online and ive had nothing but a positive experience the order was shipped really fast and its extremely good value for money...Will definatly buy from cloud nine stores again.

It was very easy to order online and the order was dispatched quickly. Having received the order, I was quite pleased, although the plastic clickers are quite flimsy, and in the “spot stitch” book I found it impossible to find Stitch, but hopefully eagle eyed children will be able to see them. I would definitely order from you again for small, inexpensive gifts as stocking fillers.

Purchased a mezzaluna knife and board from Cloud Nine. The board was poorly machined making the chopping function ineffective. No problem with return and refund.

What made my experience great is the wide range of toys that they sell my daughter loves dinosaurs and animal toys and they have a good variety of toys on the website. 10/10 for the variety it’s very rare that you find a website that sells a wide option for kids age 3-4 but I found it was easy to find and see the products,
